Long-time employee of the Ford Motor Company of Canada. At age 88 years, died on March 7, 2005 at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. Boyd is survived by his wife of 56 years, Isobel (Jo), daughters Deborah, Leslie, and Tracy; grandchildren Benjamin and Alyson; and sisters Pegge BOWES, Bette McLAREN and Beverly LANNIN. Interment in Merrickville, Ontario at a later date. Special thanks to the staff of Dover House (Nanaimo) and the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital, and to Doctors Ehman and Love.

Visitors will be received on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wyoming Chapel, Broadway Street, Wyoming, where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2005 at 11: 00 a.m. with Mrs. Laurel PATTENDEN, Chaplain at Lambton Meadowview Villa officiating. Margery was born in Longueuil, Québec, December 22nd 1925, daughter of the late George Foskett LANNING and the former Margery Cathleen DUKE. She is survived by her sisters: Alice Mary BROWN (Kenneth,) Vivian Margaret SMITH (Stanley) and Moira Charlotte POLLITT (John deceased) and many nieces and nephews. 78, Truro, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2005, at home, surrounded by family. Born in Halifax, Yvonne was the daughter of the late Earl and Mabel (DICKSON/DIXON) MALLOY. Yvonne graduated from the Halifax Children's Hospital School of Nursing in 1946. Following graduation, Yvonne worked with the Dalhousie Public Health Clinic in tuberculosis research and also served as a private duty nurse for paediatric and adult patients. Yvonne was a dedicated Reach to Recovery Volunteer, Canadian Cancer Society, for over 25 years. Yvonne was a member of First United Church, Truro, a United Church Women member and assisted with the youth choir in the 1970's. A gracious, selfless and compassionate woman, Yvonne devoted herself to her family and her community. They settled in the London area with the dream of building a business. Pete's destiny was to work in the greenhouse. From a very young age, he loved to accompany his father to the greenhouses where he worked. So while his parents worked elsewhere to provide a steady income, Pete was instrumental in the growth of the family business from its inception. Eventually he took over the business from his parents and has steadily and successfully built it to what it is today. Through the years he employed many family members and students and taught them an admirable work ethic. He worked right along with his staff and found it very difficult when he became ill and could no longer work. Pete was an admired Boy Scout Leader and a founding member of the London and District Florists Association. Special thanks to Dr. KERR, Dr. PERERA and Mary Liz. Your compassion for and care of Pete during his four years of treatment greatly helped ease his journey. Also thank you to the special women (ie Nurses) of Victorial Hospital who helped him through his final week. Pete touched the lives of all who knew him! He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered. Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held in the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North (2 blocks north of Oxford) on Thursday from 6: 00-9:00 p.m. as well as one hour prior to the memorial service. She was a long time standing member of the Saint Johns Ambulance and the Youth Superintendent of the Wallaceburg Brigade. Shirley received the Serving Sister of the order of Saint Johns Ambulance from the Governor General of Canada. Loving daughter of Percy and the late Alma POTTER) PECKHAM. Beloved wife of Gilbert LANTHIER. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Miranda (Grant ANDERSON) SHEWAN and Trevor (Yuxi) SHEWAN all of Toronto. Loved grandmother of Owen, William and Ethan. Mr. Howard MURCH, age 79, of 115 Greenwood Drive Stratford passed away suddenly at the Stratford General Hospital on Monday, June 13, 2005. He was born in Toronto, son of A. Lloyd MURCH and the former Winnifred E. HARRIS, both who predeceased him in 1985. He was a member of the Canadian Army during World War 2 and then was employed at Canadian National Railway as a machinist and later at Cooper Energy Services, retiring in 1991. He was a member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church and the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 8 Stratford. Howard was and avid sportsman.
Beloved husband of Irene Dorothy LALONDE who predeceased him on January, 13th, 2003. Loving father of Linda LOGHRIN and husband Alex, Judy MURCH (deceased,) Larry MURCH and Fiance Bonnie MURRAY and Cindy MURCH.
