Carl was a Past Noble Grand of Independent Order of Odd Fellows Springfield Lodge #404 and a member of Saint John's United Church, Springfield. He was a farmer at R.R.#4, Aylmer for many years and he operated a stand at the Aylmer Sales Arena. Friends may call at the H.A. Loving mother to Beverly WILTSIE and wife Nancy of Aylmer, Russell and wife Sue of Aylmer, Elaine McCRACKEN and husband Ted of Melbourne and Max WILTSIE and friend Veronica of Saint Thomas. She will be sadly missed by a brother Alex McNEIL and wife Evelyn of Lyons, 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, a niece and a nephew. Predeceased by a granddaughter Kari, brothers Ronald and Russell and a sister Eileen. Born in South Dorchester Twp. on April 4, 1921 daughter of the late Hugh and Mabel BANCROFT) McNEIL. With his children at his side, J. Gordon (Gord) ARMSTRONG was reunited with memories and returned to the arms of his loving wife, Geraldine on Sunday March 13, 2005. Beloved father of F. Gordon ARMSTRONG, Windsor; Shirley (Rob) VANLEEUEN, Saint Thomas and Melissa (Carl) SAULT, Hagersville. Loved grandfather of Rob, Michelle, Jesse, Jamie and Alex. Great-grandfather of Ella and Eric, and the “Little Bean”. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Gord was an active member of the Eastern Star, Masonic temple and First United Church. He was a past Flight Lieutenant of the Royal Canadian Air Force Cremation has taken place. GOLDFARB, Dr. Aaron Joel
Dr. Aaron Joel GOLDFARB. In his 60th year, after a courageous battle with cancer passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife Hyla, his children Lori and her husband Jordan HERSHORAN, Janna and Adam, and his granddaughter Rachel HERSHORAN. He is also survived by his mother Julia, brother Howard and his wife Marlene, sister Ellen and her husband Mel LITTLE.
During his lifetime Aaron was very active in both the Jewish and Dental communities. He served as President of the Or Shalom Synagogue and a member of the Board of Governors for many years. In the dental community he served as President of the Local District Dental Society, Governor of the Ontario Dental Association and was an Ajunct Professor at University of Western Ontario Dental School for over 30 years. Aaron was recently awarded a fellowship from the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Funeral Service will be held at Or Shalom Synagogue Monday, May 23rd at 11: 30 a.m. officiated by Rabbi Larry LANDER. Interment to follow at Or Shalom Cemetery. Sadly Dave passed away on June 12, 2005, at the age of 54. He will be greatly missed by his loving companion June LANDER. Dave is survived by his brothers Art, Norm and Steve. He will also be missed by his loving niece Pauline, nephews Dan, Mike and their families. A sacred place was always held in Dave's heart for his daughter Jennifer. At Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, Ontario, on February 14, 2005, aged 92 years, as a result of complications following a stroke. Beloved mother of Carole HACKBART (William) of New Dundee, and dear grandmother of Melissa ANDREW (John) of Kingston, and Joslyn GASTON (Mark) of Waterloo. Edith was a loving great-grandmother (G.G.) and tea party hostess for Jack GASTON, Liam ANDREW, and Emma GASTON. She will also be missed by her nephews and particularly by her caring niece, Ann LANDERS. Edith was predeceased by her husband, David W. SLOANE, parents Annie and John LIZMORE, brother John, George, and Bert LIZMORE, her sister Kathleen WOOD, and an infant daughter. During her ninety years in London, Ontario, Edith was a longtime member of Wesley-Knox United Church, and a devoted contributor to the United Church Women. Lily Dorothy LANDERS, age 92, of 31 College Street, Stratford passed away peaceful ly at the Stratford General Hospital on Monday, March 21, 2005. Born in Stratford, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Emma (PRATT) HART. She was a lifelong resident of Stratford. Loving and devoted wife of H. Garfield (Gar) LANDERS whom she married in Stratford on November 18, 1933 and who predeceased her on January 29, 1990. At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, on Saturday, August 20, 2005, Mrs. Rose Mae DONISON (TATOMIR) of Strathroy, in her 75th year. Wife of the late Traian DONISON (1999.) Beloved mother of Elizabeth and Leon GREGORY of R.R.#2, Strathroy. Dear grandmother of Tiffany and Nathan LANDON of Saint Thomas, Amber GREGORY of Australia, and Alyssa GREGORY of Saint Thomas. Also survived by sisters, Marg SHAW of London, Pauline (Gary) COWAN of Blenheim, and Carol (Andre) JULIEN of London. Predeceased by her son George DONISON (1969) and brother Bill (Dolores) TATOMIR and a sister Leda (John) PALINKAS. Visitation▲ was on Monday, August 22 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy, where a funeral service was held on Tuesday at 1 p.m. with Reverend Charles SEED officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Rose.

OSVATH, Helen
Passed away peacefully on November 3, 2005 at the age of 84 years. Happily married to her loving husband William OSVATH for 51 years. Helen was a devoted mother to her two sons Bill OSVATH Jr. and Andy OSVATH (Kathryn LANDON) and dedicated nana to her 6 grandchildren: Orion, Jake, Mimi, Evan, Eric, and Kristiina. Arriving from Hungary in 1953, Helen and William settled in the High Park area of Toronto on Quebec Avenue where they raised their family. Helen's warm love, grace, sense of style, sharp intellect, bright smile, and spectacular culinary skills will be deeply missed by all those who loved her. The family wishes to thank Dr. Vincent MAIDA and the entire 9th floor palliative care nursing staff of the William Osler Health Centre, Etobicoke. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W. at Windermere, east of Jane subway, on Saturday, November 5, 2005 from 1 p.m. until the time of the Service of Remembrance at 3 p.m., followed by a reception.
