battle with cancer passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving
family. He is survived by his wife Hyla, his children Lori and

During his lifetime Aaron was very active in both the Jewish
and Dental communities. He served as President of the Or Shalom
Synagogue and a member of the Board of Governors for many years.
In the dental community he served as President of the Local District
Dental Society, Governor of the Ontario Dental Association and
was an Ajunct Professor at University of Western Ontario Dental
School for over 30 years. Aaron was recently awarded a fellowship
from the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Funeral

a funeral service was held on Tuesday at 1 p.m. with Reverend Charles
SEED officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Donations
to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke
Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be
planted as a living memorial to Rose.

Helen was a devoted mother to her two sons Bill

LANDON) and dedicated nana to her 6 grandchildren:
Orion, Jake, Mimi, Evan, Eric, and Kristiina. Arriving from Hungary
in 1953, Helen and William settled in the High Park area of Toronto
on Quebec Avenue where they raised their family. Helen's warm
love, grace, sense of style, sharp intellect, bright smile, and
spectacular culinary skills will be deeply missed by all those
who loved her. The family wishes to thank Dr. Vincent
MAIDA and
the entire 9th floor palliative care nursing staff of the William
Osler Health Centre, Etobicoke. Friends may call at the Turner
& Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W. at Windermere, east
of Jane subway, on Saturday, November 5, 2005 from 1 p.m. until
the time of the Service of Remembrance at 3 p.m., followed by
a reception. In honour of a beautiful and courageous spirit,
