Innisfil Chapter, Member of Independent Order of Odd Fellows (Rebekah) Passed away peacefully at the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Manor, Barrie, Ontario on Saturday, 19th of March, 2005, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles WARDROPE. Mother of Elsie and mother-in-law of Garry EDWARDS. Dear grandmother of Charlene STAPLETON (Terry) and Danny EDWARDS (Melissa.) Proud great-grandmother of Trevor, Kyle, Ryan STAPLETON and Emily Olivia EDWARDS. Survived by Barbara CHARD, Leslie (Huck) KELMAN (Lilly) and sister-in-law Norma KELMAN. Predeceased by brothers George, Charles, William and Bruce. Will be missed by 13 living nieces and nephews. At Marjorie's request there will be no Funeral Service. Cremation, followed by a graveside service in the spring at Riverside Cemetery, Weston, Ontario. Dear grandmother of Alyson, David, Barberie (Sean), Ailise, Megan, Merryn, Adria, Jaden, Braden and Jacob. Great grandmother of Arienne and Alexandra. Predeceased by her brother John KELSALL. Barb's was a well lived life, full of family, Friends and pets. 'She' and her beloved Tom shared a joy of music, nature, reading and English travel. Joan and Royce TAILOR/TAYLOR, Agnes GELB, Eve CURTIS, Barb LINDSAY and the Elstons were their closest Friends and frequent companions on their many escapades. Her professional and personal accomplishments were numerous. Barb was a member of the Ontario Dietetic Association, Dietitians of Canada as well as several nature conservancies. Bob Utting passed away peacefully at his home in Maitland, Ontario on Friday, March 18th, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Joan (EVANS.) Beloved father of Holly MONTGOMERY (Alan) of Aylmer, Ontario, the late Douglas Robert, Heather STRONACH (James) of Ottawa and Timothy UTTING (Elinor) of Brockville. Dear grandfather of Carrie THEISSLER (David) of Barrie, Jeff MONTGOMERY (Krista) of London, Ontario, Andrew STRONACH (Julie) of Toronto, Matthew STRONACH of Etobicoke, Douglas and Sarah UTTING of Brockville. Cherished great-grandfather of Benjamin, Olivia, Chelsea, and Shawn. Bob is also survived by his sister Margaret OSBORNE and his sister-in-law Thelma UTTING, both of Niagara Falls, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Herbert UTTING and his mother Florence (HADINGHAM) UTTING, his sister Helen ADAM/ADAMS and her two husbands Ernest LOW/LOWE/LOUGH and Sydney ADAM/ADAMS, his brother Bill UTTING, his sister Elizabeth (Bib) UTTING and his brother-in-law Edward OSBORNE. Bob grew up in Niagara Falls and graduated from Stamford Collegiate. After high school, Bob began his career with The Royal Bank of Canada in 1940 in Niagara Falls, a career which spanned five decades and culminated in his retirement as Vice Chairman of the bank in 1985. Bob and his family travelled extensively during his career, including stints in Hong Kong, New York, Nassau, Bahamas, and London, England. His career with the Royal Bank was interrupted only by his service from 1942 to 1946 as a Flying Officer with the Royal Air Force Ferry Command during World War Two. In 1985, Bob founded his own consulting company of which he was President until 1996. Bob was also a Director of several leading corporations in Canada and abroad including Cambridge Shopping Centres Limited, Prudential Assurance of Canada, The Philadelphia Fund, Eagle Growth Fund, Continental Can Company Inc, Munich Reinsurance, Tiedemann/ Goodnow International Capital Corp, MICC Investments Limited, Commodore Computers, Dominion Bridge, R.A. Utting and Associates Inc., and Managing Director of Roywest Banking Corporations Limited. Bob was also a former Chairman of the Board of Halco Shipping, Avcorp Industries, Optimal Robotics Corp, the Mortgage Insurance Company of Canada, Canadian General Insurance and Arbitrage Associates Ltd. We will remember his love of music, especially the operettas of Gilbert and Sullivan, his resounding laughter and tremendous sense of humour, especially for British comedy, his legendary ability as a captivating storyteller and his belief in the power of positive thinking. Above all, Bob will be remembered for his love of his family and pride in their accomplishments and for his tireless efforts and dedication to whatever cause he took on. Bob's family would like to thank Dr. Lydia LO and Dr. Mark NOSS for their diligent efforts on his behalf. We would also like to thank Bob's nurses; Cindy EDWARDS, Carole KELSEY, Rennie GEMMELL, Vivianna MORGAN, Carol BLAIRE, Tina DYKSTRA, Cyndy DENIS, Sandy ANDERSON, Darlene CARR, Joe HANNA, Eunice PATTEMORE, Nancy FARMER and the nurses of Bayshore Health Care and Saint Elizabeth Health Care for their unending kindness.

Special and loving brother-in-law and uncle to Fern and Willow HELMER. Bill is predeceased by his parents Hazel and George, and his brothers George and Frank. He is survived by his sisters Fuss JAROTT and Hap KELSEY, as well as many nieces and nephews. Bill was a graduate of the University of Toronto and a professional engineer. Mother of Fred KELSO and his wife Pat of Saint Thomas, Ruth Anne VICKERS and her husband Carden of R.R.#5, Mildmay, and Jane McGUGAN (late Gary) of Saint Thomas. Sister of Irene ROBINSON of Prescott. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers, Jack and George DENT and sisters, Margaret SHEPHARD and Frances HUNT. Born in Russeldale, Ontario, November 21, 1910, the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (GLEASON) DENT. A Registered Nurse, she was a 1932 graduate of the Guelph General Hospital. Mrs. KELSO was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church, Saint Thomas.
