In his 96th year, of Guelph, passed away on October 28, 2005 at Grand River Hospital (Freeport,) Kitchener. Campbell SEMPLE was the beloved husband of Margaret (née HENEBERY,) his wife of 65 years. He is also survived by sons James C. (Fern LACASSE) of New Liskeard, Robert (Ann COGGER) of Sarnia, and Paul (Cheryl VHAL) of Oakville, and by daughters Margaret (Greg DUGDALE) of Angus, Esther (Tony HAYES) of Guelph, Joanne (Brian HANKINSON) of Edmonton, Barbara (Aubrey KELLAWAN) of Guelph, and son-in-law, Tod MacKELLAR of Grimsby. Campbell is also survived by 9 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, as well as his brother James D. SEMPLE (Toronto▼) and sister Lillian HALLETT (Vancouver.) He is predeceased by a beloved daughter Frances Jean (MacKELLAR) in 1989, and by sisters Jean, Margaret, Mary and Helen.
Visitation will be held at the Gilbert MacIntyre Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin Street North, Guelph, on Monday, October 31st, 2005 from 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, November 1st, 2005 at 11 a.m., followed by Interment of Ashes at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Bracebridge. Entered into rest peacefully at the Belmont Long Term Care Facility on Wednesday, July 13th, 2005, in her 102nd year. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, on November 17th, 1903, Louisa resided in Belleville for the past fourteen years. She also lived in Colpoys Bay and Wiarton, Ontario. Beloved daughter of the late Frederick and Agatha HAYWARD. Predeceased by her loving husband, Sydney RICHARDSON, her daughter, Joyce RICHARDSON, sisters, Anne NORRIS, Ida McRAE, Agatha BELL, Lillian O'NEILL and brother, Arthur HAYWARD. She was loved and will be greatly missed by her son, Syd RICHARDSON, and daughter-in-law, Phyllis, of Belleville, grand_son, Ted RICHARDSON and his wife Crystal, of Richmond, Ontario and granddaughter, Heather KELLER and her husband Bill, of Belleville, and great-grandchildren Nicholas, Christopher and Jennifer KELLER, of Belleville. Predeceased by two brothers Marcel COGGHE and Jules COGGHE, and two sisters Madeline COGGHE and Irma BOGAERT. The late Margaret FREEBURN rested at the Eric F. Mrs. Johanna TRENTELMAN, age 87, a long time resident of Trinity Street, Stratford passed away peacefully at Hillside Manor on Saturday, March 12, 2005. Anne was a member of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Stratford, and was active in the Catholic Women's League and the Choir for many years. She had been a volunteer with the Red Cross for over 25 years and was an avid knitter, quilter and gardener.
Beloved wife of the late Herman TRENTELMAN who predeceased her January 12, 1992. Loving mother of Henk and his wife Brenda, SunnyBrae, Nova Scotia, Jerry and his wife Gabriele, R.R.#1 Tiverton, Ine MICHIELS- GANSEVLES and husband Hank, Saint Thomas, Annette BORTOLUSSI and husband Franco, London, Marcel and his wife Cheryl, Stratford. Passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2005 on his 97th birthday. Beloved and devoted husband of Pearl for 69 years. Cherished father and father-in-law of Lila and Elliot KELLER and Rona SEGALL. Loving grandpa of Suzanna KELLER and Alan MORANTZ, Richard and Carolyne BELITZKY, Mimi and Jack HONIG, Mitchell and Rhea BELITZKY, and Allan and Erin KELLER. Much loved great-grandfather of Katie, Samara, Allison, Michelle, Alex, Aiden, and Adam. Predeceased by three sisters and three brothers. Also survived by his brother-in-law Noah GUTTMAN. A long, happy and honourable life has come to a close, but wonderful memories will forever live in our hearts. Respecting his wishes, a private family funeral was held on Friday, January 21, 2005. Peacefully at the McCall Centre on Friday, January 28, 2005, in his 83rd year. Survived by his wife of 61 years, Helen Jean BLAIR of Mississauga. Father of Blair Linda Margaret and her husband Michael KELLER of Walsingham, Ontario, brother of Betty Norris COLMAN, and uncle of Marie Colman MADDEN and her husband Kenneth of Napanee, Ontario. A Memorial Service will be held at Clarkson Road Presbyterian Church, 1338 Clarkson Road, Mississauga, L5J 2W5 on Saturday, February 5, 2005 at 11 a.m. Private interment to follow at a later date. Arrangements entrusted with Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 905-279-7663. In lieu of flowers, and for those who wish, donations may be made to the Fred Victor Mission, Toronto or to the Clarkson Road Presbyterian Church where Jack sang in the choir for many years. Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Friday, May 20, 2005. Margaret (née STEWARD/STEWART/STUART,) in her 80th year, was the beloved wife of the late Ted KUHLMANN (1988.) Loving mother of Peter KUHLMANN and his fiancée Jane BRILLINGER. Cherished Nana of Rhonda KUHLMANN and Kent DYNES, Sara and her husband Martin WILLIAMS. Adored great-grandmother of Marley DYNES. Predeceased by her two brothers Jack and Terry STEWARD/STEWART/STUART. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by her cousin and best friend Lois KELLER. Cremation has taken place. Born in Medicine Hat, Alberta, the daughter of Martha (HEHR) and Friederich KELLER and the eldest of thirteen children. Survived by Elsie (Frank) SHORT, Delta, British Columbia, Marjorie MOREAU, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Audrey (Al) SIEVER, Edmonton, Alberta, Ernest (Betty) KELLER, Markham, Ontario, Lawrence (Karin) KELLER, Surrey, British Columbia, Alice ZIESMAN, Rock Creek, British Columbia, Vernon (Pat) KELLER, Surrey, British Columbia and Ronald (Gloria) KELLER, Grande Prairie, Alberta. Predeceased by William, Stanley, Alvina and Hilbert KELLER. Helen▲ served twenty-five years with The Evangelical Alliance Mission in Chad, Africa, as a midwife, teacher and nurse to lepers. At age 52 she graduated as an R.N.A. and worked until retirement at St. Joseph's and University Hospitals. She was a longtime member of North Park Community Church and will be sadly missed by many Friends. Funeral service will be held at Memorial Funeral Home, 1559 Fanshawe Park Rd. E. (east of Highbury), London, on Tuesday, June 14th at 2: 00 pm. (Visitation one hour prior.) Pastor Terry SANDERSON officiating. Interment Siloam Cemetery. A resident of Chatham, William R. (Bill) GIBBONS, died at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Saturday July 16, 2005 at the age of 79. Born in Strood, Kent, England on October 11, 1925, son of the late William and May (RAYFIELD) GIBBONS, he came to Canada in 1948. Beloved husband of the late G. Joan (UPWOOD) GIBBONS (2004.) Bill is survived by his sister Heather and Brian DENCE, sisters-in-law Audrey CHEESEMAN, Kathleen UPWOOD, and Joan GIBBONS, and several nieces, nephews and cousins, all in England. Predeceased by his brother Bert, sister-in-law Joyce UPWOOD, and brothers-in-law Bill CHEESEMAN and Bert UPWOOD. Fondly remembered by his Canadian family Gail KELLER, Kim and Mike BENOIT, and their families. Bill was a longtime member of the Chatham Amateur Radio Club.
