Dear father of Judy and her husband Art SPEYER of Barrie, Paul VERMILYEA and his wife Nancy of Owen Sound, Jane and her husband Floyd FITZSIMMONS of Collingwood and Greg VERMILYEA and his wife Pam of Wiarton. Lovingly remembered by twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Also survived by a sister June WILEY of Stockdale, sisters-in-law Ruth CLARKE of Belleville, Doreen McGREGOR of Owen Sound and Peggy McGREGOR of Hamilton. Predeceased by two daughters Rosemary KIVELL and Elizabeth Lou VERMILYEA, a brother Bill CLARKE and a brother-in-law Doug WILEY. Suddenly and with deep sadness, we mark the death of Jean HART, surrounded by her family, at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto on Friday, August 26, 2005 in her eighty-third year. Always her home and her children absorbed much of her thoughts. She made many Friends at church, at Bayview Glen, at the health club, in the painting group, and in Leaside. She leaves to mourn her husband, her six children and seven grandchildren, her sisters, Nan HERMAN and Helen FITZSIMON. Her children are Charles; Gwendolyn BROWN, Deborah ELDER; Alan; Jonathan; and Jennifer, and an honourary daughter, Lynn HARRIS. The family will receive Friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home - A.W.
