Sister▼ of Aldythe (the late Charles) NEWTON of Toronto, Gordon DODINGTON and wife Thalia▼ of Waterloo, and Judith DODINGTON (the late Doug) of British Columbia. Sister-in-law of Eleanor (the late Elmer) HURLBUT of Kingston, Elda (the late Allen) HURLBUT of Midland, and the late Doris and Elmer CLARK of Owen Sound. Aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to many.
Dody loved cottaging, reading, church activities, Britcoms, cats (especially Chloe, her latest puss) and craft groups. Thanks to the exceptional caregivers at Glebe Manor Retirement Residence for their loving care during the last four years.

Larry passed away with family and Friends by his side in Comox, British Columbia, engulfed in love. He was predeceased by an infant nephew, Scott, his grandparents, father-Jarvis, step-father Pete, and three uncles. Surviving and missing him tremendously already are his mother-Mary, brother-Wayne (Linda), wife-Debbie, his four "angels" (as he always referred to his daughters) Tami, (Brad) Schaefer, Jennifer (Scott) McKENNEY, Denice and Kim: a.k.a. "pig-pig" (Jeremie). Granddaughters-Jessica and Spencer and grand_son-Carter, nephew-David (Sandra), niece-Karen (Todd), great nieces-Emma & Allison, great nephew- Zack and mother-in-law Joan.
He was born in London, Ontario and raised on a dairy farm. From a very young age he loved playing hockey. For 40 years Larry was a dedicated and safe truck driver. In 1990 he moved his family to the Comox Valley and loved the mountains, ocean and all of nature's beauty the valley offers. Larry loved life and has always been a fun loving, trustworthy man devoted to his family and well respected by all who knew him. His final words of love for his family, asking us to reach deep down inside to stay strong and to move on with life is so typically Larry.
Dad - you have been, by far, truly the most wonderful dad a girl could want. We love and respect you far more than words can say - from your four angels.
Hon, I am honored to have been your wife. We have shared so many of "life's experiences" together, and have stayed best Friends - from your "bride."
God, please give us the strength we need to carry on without this wonderful man on earth with us. Private cremation. It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Glenn HENDERSON a resident of Dresden and formerly of Glencoe, who passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Sydenham Campus, Wallaceburg on Sunday February 20, 2005 at the age of 86. Dearly loved husband of 56 years to Audrey (QUICK) HENDERSON. Cherished father of Jim (Susan) HENDERSON of Strathroy, Linda (Pat) LEWIS of Dresden, Pat (George) LEVITT of Strathroy, and Pam (Kevin) MITCHELL of Melbourne. Papa will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Jessica, Jarod (HENDERSON,) Crystal, Chris (Lewis), Jenny, Greg, Debbie (Levitt), and Ian (Mitchell). He was much loved by his special sister-in-law, Connie (Ken) Fenney of Port Credit. Also survived by a brother Don (Iola) HENDERSON of Windsor, sisters Lois STEAD of Huntsville, Joni DODMAN of Port Franks as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Roy and Emily (PERRIN) HENDERSON, a sister Edith GRAHAM and special brother-in-law Fred QUICK. The HENDERSON family will receive Friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria Street, Thamesville on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday February 23, 2005 at 11: 30 a.m. with Reverend Linda McFADDEN officiating. Madeline SHAUFLER went to be with the Lord on September 8th 2005 in the arms of her loving daughter Sharon JOHNSTON at her home. She was soon to be 98 years old. She is predeceased by her husband Harry▼ in 1964, twin babies 1938, a sister Margaret MARIS 1992 and a son-in-law John DODMAN 1986. She is survived by her five daughters Margaret STEINBURG (Howard,▼) Etna▼ SHAW (Robert,) Edythe REID (Harry), Diana McAUSLAN (Gordon) and Sharon JOHNSTON (Jim). Her legacy includes 23 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren. Madeline made her home with the McAuslan family for over 40 years. She provided loving care to a second generation of five girls and continued to provide care and support as Diana's M.S. progressed. She was loved and cherished by all who knew her. Funeral service will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W. Strathroy on Monday September 12th at 11: 00 a.m. with Reverend Morley CLARKE officiating. A graveside service will be held at Rosedale Cemetery in Tilbury at 4: 00 p.m. In lieu of flowers Madeline had requsted donations to the M.S. Society. Beloved husband of Irma V. (COYLE) (SHULTZ) COULTHARD. Predeceasd by his first wife June Frances (BARNES) COULTHARD (May 13, 1985). Died Saturday, October 8, 2005 at her home in Victoria, British Columbia. Audrey was born in Toronto, Ontario and resided in Brantford and Bala, Ontario and Victoria, British Columbia. She is the daughter of the late Edgar and Mary Ann NEEDHAM. She was predeceased by her husband William George WESTOVER (Bill,) son Timothy, sisters Elsie, Marjorie and Dorothy and her grand_son Robert McGINNIS. She is survived by her son John (Frances DODSWORTH) of Victoria and daughter Mary (Glenn McGINNIS) of Phoenix, Arizona three grand_sons, Nicholas WESTOVER of Victoria, Graham (Kristin) of Tucson, Arizona and Duncan (Sarah) of Katy, Texas; three great granddaughters; Hailey and Alexa McGINNIS of Tucson and Madison McGINNIS of Katy. Audrey was a friend and mentor to many men and women both within and beyond her family.
Visitation will be on Monday, October 17 from 6: 30 to 8:30 p.m. at McCall Bros. Funeral Home, 1400 Vancouver St. Victoria, B.C.

born June 15th, 1944, passed away at home in Vancouver, May 4th, 2005 after a year long battle with cancer. Predeceased by first wife Marg (CAMERON) (1986) and father Cromwell (1996.) Survived by his and Marg's devoted children Jenny (WILSON) and Chris, loving mother and stepfather Florence and Charlie DODWELL, wife Linda and stepbrother Pat DODWELL. Ken also left behind a close network of Friends and extended family. A brilliant man intellectually, Ken lived his life the way he built his Metallurgical Engineering business, Bacon Donaldson - with a high level of achievement, creativity and the utmost integrity. His awesome knowledge, immense kindness and quirky sense of humour will be missed by all. A gathering to celebrate Ken's life will be held at Cecil Green Park, University of British Columbia, May 18th, 1 p.m.-3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a blood donation to your nearest Canadian Blood Services Centre, or a financial donation to the Galiano Health Care Centre would be greatly appreciated.
