CLEMENT, Robert Addison " Bob"
Died peacefully after a brief illness early Tuesday June 2nd 2005, at Peace Portal Lodge, White Rock, British Columbia attended by his niece Judith and a caring staff. He was in his 95th year. Bob was a native son of Brandon, Manitoba where he attended Brandon University before graduating in 1933 from Osgoode Hall in Toronto and setting up a law practice back home. He married Mary Scott DRYNAN from Moose Jaw in 1944 and together the CLEMENTs became valued members of the community and avid supporters of the arts. They travelled widely, but their favourite vacation spot was their cottage at Clear Lake, Manitoba which they built in 1957 and continued to visit long after they moved to British Columbia in the '80s. Bob is predeceased by his wife and retained in the memory of his Clement relatives, his Drynan niece and nephew, and his many old and new Friends. His jovial laugh, quick mind, and affectionate nature will be sorely missed. Cremation at Victory Memorial, White Rock, British Columbia and at his fervent request, no service, no flowers, no sad songs. Hail and farewell Uncle Bob.
