She was proud Grammie of Jennifer (J.P.,)
Glenn (Sarah), Brad, Jeff (Charlene), Jamie (Lori), Ginny and
Sarah Lynn; as well as eight great-grandchildren: Katie Sue,
Jaime Lynn, Julia, Jacob, Evan, Owen, Mia and Sam. She graduated
from the University of Western Ontario in 1934. She enjoyed her
teaching career at Eastwood Collegiate; was a long time member
of the Kitchener Public Library Board; served on the board of
the Young Women's Christian Association and was a Past-President
of the University Women's Club. She thoroughly enjoyed her book
club and bridge with her Friends. Dorothy had a long relationship
with St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Kitchener. She served
as elder, choir-member and was a member of the Women's Missionary
Society. Following cremation, a Memorial Service will be held
on Sunday, April 17, 2005 at 3 p.m. at St. Andrew's Presbyterian
Church, 54 Queen St. N. Kitchener. Thank you to the caregivers

Peter served with the Royal Canadian
Air Force during World War 2 from 1942 to 1946. He began his
classroom teaching career in Toronto in 1948, became physical
education consultant to the Stratford Board of Education in 1955
and concluded his teaching career in the classroom in 1983. Peter
was a past President of the Rotary Club of Stratford and a Paul
Harris Fellow. He served as Attendance Officer for over 25 years
and was proud of his 29 years of perfect attendance. For the
1999 International Year of the Senior, Peter was chosen Stratford's
Senior of the Year. He was a member of Saint John's United Church
and served as Sunday School Superintendent for many years. Peter
was a wonderful, caring person who will be missed by many. Friends

retiring from there in 1984. He was a member of Thornhill and
Bracebridge United Churches. He loved fishing, bridge and was
a member of South Muskoka Curling and Golf Club. Cremation has
