of Toronto (Commerce and Finance) and Osgoode Hall Law School.
He later practised business law for over 50 years in Toronto
and served as an officer and director of numerous public and
private companies. As well, he ran a successful communications
business in London as co-owner and Chairman of London Broadcasting
Limited. Vincent also contributed within the not-for-profit sector.
His contributions included his role as President of the Toronto
and District Liberal Association; the York-South and then St.
Paul's Riding Association; campaign manager for Mayor Philip
GIVENS; member of the first Parish Council of Holy Rosary Church
Chair of Scarborough General Hospital; Board of the Canadian
Opera Company; member of the Advisory Board of the Salvation
Army in Toronto; and President of the Canadian Association of
the Sovereign and Military Order of the Knights of Saint John of
Jerusalem, Rhodes and Malta (with honours issued not only by
this Order, but several other affiliated Orders of Knighthood).
Visitation will be held at Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home and Chapel,
