He was an avid reader; a lover of music, travel, cyberspace and a razor wit. Ray's joy was his family. At her residence in Meaford on Tuesday March 8th, 2005. Alice Muriel "Sally" RAMSAY, daughter of the late Frederick and Lulu (HAMILL) HOEHN of Meaford, in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Charles Clare RAMSAY in 1987. Loving mother of Joan RAMSAY (Rick THORN) of Collingwood and special "Mom" to Andrea and her husband Jim BUCHMANN of Kelowna. Predeceased by a son Ian Alexander RAMSAY in 1969; her sister Norrine BOYD and brother Keith HOEHN. Sally will be fondly remembered as a dear aunt by Fred and Diane HOEHN of Mount Forest and by her many nieces and nephews and their families. As were Sally's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial funeral service and celebration of Sally's life will be conducted at the Ferguson Funeral Home in Meaford on Friday, March 11th, 2005 at 11: 00 a.m. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10: 00 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday. Anne passed away peacefully in her Ancaster home on Monday, February 14, 2005 with her family by her side. Originally of Windsor, Ontario, beloved wife of John F. DUCK. Loving mother of Jane and loving stepmother of Mary BEER (Phil,) Peter DUCK (Barbara BUCHMANN) and Fred DUCK (Jane.) Dear Nanny of John and Alix DUCK, Sarah and Jessie BEER, Johanna and Lara BUCHMANN- DUCK. Anne is also survived by her cherished sister, Mary (Dave) KENNEDY and lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Anne was predeceased by her brothers Bob and Jim DANIELS of Windsor and her stepson Gordon DUCK. She will also be missed by many wonderful and treasured Friends. She was President of Canadian Autoworkers Union Local 2168, worked at Lear Seating in Saint Thomas and she worked for the Canadian Autoworkers Union National Office. During this time, Karen fought and received compensation for thousands of workers and their families. She received the Bud Jimmerfield Award for her contribution to Health, Safety and the Environment. Friends may call at the H.A. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Emelia Regina McMANUS (née BUCHNER) on Monday, August 22, 2005 at Mississauga's Trillium Hospital. Emelia was born on October 1, 1923 in Macklin, Saskatchewan. She was the 5th of 15 children of John and Evelyn BUCHNER. Emelia grew up in Macklin and following her marriage to Don McMANUS lived in Balcarres, Saskatchewan. Later, Emelia and Don moved to Winnipeg where they lived until their retirement to Kelowna, British Columbia in 1989. Emelia leaves her children Dorothy Anne (Kerry), Bill and John (Tracy) to mourn her passing. She also leaves three grandchildren - Jenna, Lane and Adam. Emelia is also survived by her siblings, Dorothy GREER/GRIER, Evelyn HEINBUCH, Ed BUCHNER and Bob BUCHNER as well as many nieces and nephewsfor whom she was a favourite aunt. Emelia was predeceased by her husband, Donald in 2004. A memorial service will be held at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens at 3164 9th Line, Oakville, Ontario, L6H 7A8, on Monday, August 29, 2005 at 1: 00 p.m. (905-257-8822).

Suddenly passed away in Montreal, on Wednesday, January 26, 2005. She will be remembered by her beloved son Leslie and his wife Kathryn, her sisters Jennifer and Phyllis, her brother Bill, along with many other family and Friends. Died peacefully in her 85th year on Saturday, February 26, 2005. Predeceased by her parents Reverend Percy and Anna BUCK, brother William, sister Mary LAMB and her son Richard LAMB. She will be missed by her sister Dorothy, sister-in-law Ruth, nieces and nephews Carolyn (Colin), Stephen (Anne), Philip (Edith), Rosemary (Andrew), Peter (Nicola) BUCK, Christopher, David (Louise) and Barbara (Willie) LAMB. Fondly remembered by 8 grandnieces and nephews. Jean was a graduate of Moulton College, a member of Blythwood Road Baptist Church and worked for many years at the Toronto Music Library. A funeral service will be held in Blythwood Road Baptist Church, 80 Blythwood Rd., Toronto on Wednesday, March 2, at 11 a.m. with visiting 1 hour prior to the service. Interment Riverside Cemetery, New Hamburg, Ontario. Don SARASIN, predeceased by his parents Edward SARASIN and Phyllis SARASIN- PEARCE and his step-father Jack PEARCE. Dear brother of George SARASIN, Keith SARASIN (Mary), Roy SARASIN, Carl SARASIN and his wife Valari, Floyd SARASIN and Bruce SARASIN and his wife Margaret. Step-brother of John PEARCE and his wife Joan, Christina DALE, Steven PEARCE, Theresa BUCK and Frank PEARCE and his wife Lynn, and brother-in-law of Ivy SARASIN and Danielle KERR. Predeceased by his sister Vera SARASIN and sister-in-law Heather SARASIN. Lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews and Friends. (Korean Veteran, Royal Canadian Regiment) Peacefully passed away on Sunday, September 18th, 2005, at the age of 74. Loving husband of Christine. Loving father of Vanessa, Marika and husband Leroy. Wonderful grampy to Lucas and Nateesha. Loving uncle of Stephen, Lynn and family and Karen and family. Robert (Bob) will be deeply and sadly missed by his family and Friends in Canada and his extended family in the United Kingdom.
