Trelawney and Margaret Agar

She attended the University
of British Columbia, graduating in 1941. She met her husband,
David Burrard
SMITH, there and in 1942, they married in Ottawa.
In their almost 64 years together, they lived in Ajax, Ottawa,
Rome, London, Lobo and finally Chelsey Park Retirement Home in

hospital technician in Vancouver, Tranquille, Calgary and Ajax.
In 1961, she graduated from Ottawa Teacher's College. She became
a dedicated and successful teacher first in the Ottawa area at
Bells Corners, Rockcliffe Air Base and Meadowvale, then in London
at Orchard Park, St. George, Empress, Victoria, Riverview and
Special Education. In retirement, she turned to art and painting
and she was an active member of the London Brush and Palette
Club. She and David traveled widely. Their rural retirement home
in Lobo Township outside London with its woods and pond was a
great delight. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January
7th, at 3: 00 p.m. at the Unitarian Fellowship of London, 557

travelled by train to Vancouver, visited his sister and Friends,
and enjoyed an Alaskan cruise. He was a member of the Teamsters
Local 938 having driven the big rigs for over 45 years. He was
previously in the Royal Canadian Navy. We urge you to discuss
organ donation with your families, as the success of Ken's transplant
added many good years to their life together. Family and Friends

his chartered accountant degree (C.A.) from Queen's University.
Moving to Thornhill, he became chief Accountant for Ontario Department
of Highways and then Controller for Ontario Department of Labour,
retiring from there in 1984. He was a member of Thornhill and
Bracebridge United Churches. He loved fishing, bridge and was
a member of South Muskoka Curling and Golf Club. Cremation has
