Born in Meadow Lands, Pennsylvania, Mary was the daughter of Andrew and Madeline (MAZZUCHELLI) LORENZI. Beloved wife of Arthur BRICE Sr. (1983.) Loving mother and mother-in-law of Eleanor and the late Hugh KUPKE of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, Jean ROBBINS and Doug McCARTHY, the late Arthur Jr. (2001) and Betty BRICE, Judy and Phil DEKORT, Debbie and Jim ROTHERY, all of Wallaceburg and Linda ROBBINS of London. Dear grandmother of 21 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was predeceased by her grandchild Kevin KUPKE, great grandchild Devon DEKORT and her 4 brothers and 1 sister. Mary was a Past President of the C.W.L. and a former Kinette. After a short battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, passed away peacefully on March 3 at the age of sixty-five at the Montreal Neurological Hospital. Gordon was the son of the late Alexander and Lila HOWATSON of Montreal.
Gordon leaves behind his much loved partner Jamie CAVE, beloved children Heather, Jayne and Alexander, son-in-law Neil BRICK and grandchildren Michael and Sarah. Gordon will be fondly remembered by all his good Friends in Ontario, Quebec, the Maritimes, Australia and England.
A private family funeral will take place at Mount Royal Cemetery.
A memorial reception is to be held on Sunday, March 13, from 2-4 p.m. at the Auberge St. Amour, 1 rue Pleasant, Sutton, Quebec.

In loving memory of Catherine Nadine HUTTON who passed away suddenly on August 17, 2005 at the Intensive Care Unit - St. Joseph Health Centre at the age of 76. Beloved wife of William (Bill) Henry HUTTON, predeceased 1977 (Owner Chelmsford IGA.) Daughter of Alban J. GOW and Catherine Isabel PETTITT, predeceased. Loving, caring and understanding mother of Cathy of Whitby, Bruce (wife Elizabeth BRICK) of Sudbury and Robert (wife Theresa ETHIER) of Blind River and devoted and caring grandmother of Keith William and Daphne Anna. Nadine was born in Godfrey, Ontario on March 20, 1929 and lived there before moving to Kingston when she entered high school. In Kingston, she joined Bell Canada and worked there for a number of years. During this time, she met Bill who worked for Dominion Stores and they married on August 1st, 1959. Shortly after they married, they moved to Peterborough and then later to Sudbury and then in 1972 they moved to Chelmsford where she has resided since then. Nadine was known for her laughter, love of camping and gardening. She was gifted in conversation and was always there to listen, support and celebrate achievements. She especially enjoyed travelling with her family and in later years was always excited to travel with her grandchildren as they explored new destinations together. Resting at the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury. Funeral Prayers in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, Saturday, August 20th, 2005 at 10 a.m. Interment in the Chelmsford Cemetery. Marianne is survived by her brother Gordon BRICKENDEN of Kelowna, British Columbia and her sister Ruth Flood of Orangeville, Ontario. Predeceased by her parents Lori and William BRICKENDEN, her brother Arthur BRICKENDEN and sister Dorothy DORMAN. Marianne will be sadly missed by Anne, Lisa, and Marie BRICKENDEN and by Cindy, Suzanne, and Larry FLOOD. London was Marianne's second home as she was born in Toronto and moved to London in the early 1970's to accept employment at Ontario Health Insurance Plan and stayed until her retirement. She was an avid animal lover throughout her life and influenced all her Friends and family in this regard. Loving mother of Heather BIRD, Patti LEY and Judith BIRD. Devoted mother-in-law to Gord LEY and Glen GRUNWALD. Cherished grandmother of Carly, Paul, Stuart, Charlotte, Gabe, Emma and little Will. Survived by sister Mi BRICKLES, brother Ray OAKLEY and numerous nieces and nephews. Will be sorely missed by her good friend and sister-in-law Helen BELANGER. David John KIRKWOOD, aged 74 years, passed away in Lions Gate Hospital Palliative Care Ward on August 20th, after a brief but devastating illness he endured with customary grace and courage. He is survived and sadly missed by his wife, Elizabeth; children, Miles KIRKWOOD (Marie), Barbara STICKLE (Brian), Karen FREEMAN (Darren); grandchildren, Dalton, Sarah, Jackson, Jameson, Jordan and Connor as well as his brothers, Marvin KIRKWOOD (Maija,) Robert KIRKWOOD (Kathy,) and close friend, Jim BRICKLEY. One of nature's gentlemen, David enjoyed a successful and satisfying career in the investment business with Nesbitt Thomson (now Nesbitt Burns), the game of golf, fishing with family and Friends, constructing rock walls and barbecues, travel and leisure time at Napili Kai, Maui. He was a past chairman and strong supporter of the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation, a member of Capilano Golf Club for 42 years and a past member of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club at St. Andrews, Scotland and R.A.G.S. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Edith RICHARDS of Wallaceburg, Gloria and Jim BLYTH of Calgary and Dale SALISBURY of Wallaceburg. Sadly missed by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her sons Nelson, Charlie, Neil, Leslie, a daughter Lillian, one sister and two brothers.
