Nestor was well-known as a dedicated
and caring teacher by thousands of Regina high school students
and colleagues, by students in rural Saskatchewan and Africa,
by students of the Gabriel Dumont Institute, and by students
at the University of Regina. He was an enthusiastic baker of
bread, golfer, curler, traveler, adventurer and musician. Nestor
was a great supporter of the arts, music, his beloved city and
province. Nestor also served our country in the Navy during World
War 2. He was a joyful and giving person whose service to his
church and greater community was of great importance to him.
His life was an inspiration to his family and Friends. A celebration
of his life was held on Friday, December 9th 2005 at 1: 30 p.m.
at Whitmore Park United Church, 336 Durham Drive, Regina. The
family requests that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke
Foundation, 2360 -- 2nd Avenue, Regina S4R 1A6 or a charity of

and Westinghouse he was a prolific designer with some 28 patents
to his name and won the Engineering Medal for Engineering excellence.

Saturday, February 12, 2005 at Scarborough Centenary Hospital.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Charlie. Much loved mother
of Linda BRENT and her husband John. Adored and cherished Nana

She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews in England
and the United States. Longtime employee of F.P.E./Pioneer Electric
and A.G. Simpson. Former member of the Royal Canadian Legion
Branch 285. She volunteered at Woburn Junior Public School and
for the Canadian Cancer Society for several years. Dorothy will
be sadly missed by her many Friends with whom she shared many
"happy hours" and memories. She lived a life full of love for
family and Friends, always with a story to share. Memorial visitation
will be held at the "Scarborough Chapel" of McDougall and Brown,
2900 Kingston Road, (east of St. Clair Ave. E.) on Thursday,
February 17 from 6 p.m. until the time of service in the chapel

Hugh (1926-2005)
John BRENTNALL of Calgary passed away on Wednesday, December
14, 2005 at the age of 79 years. John was born on April 27, 1926
in Motherwell, Scotland. He served overseas during World War
2 with the Cameronians from 1944 to 1947. Although John immigrated
to Canada in 1951, Scotland has always remained home in his heart.
He worked in Toronto and retired from Ontario Hydro. John moved
to Calgary in 2000 to be closer to his children and grandchildren.
John is survived by his son John; his daughter and son-in-law
Carole and Barry; five grandchildren, David, Brent, Sean, Laura,
and Maureen; his sisters, Ann, Sadie, Jane, May, and Betty; and
his brother Tommy. John was predeceased by his loving wife of
fifty-two years Maisie; and his brother Jimmy.

Bill's sudden passing on April 3, 2005 has brought great sorrow
to his family. Born January 9, 1948 in London, Ontario to Bill
and Lil TITUS. He met Carol, his wife of twentyeight years and
together decided to come to Moose Jaw where they married in 1976.
He enjoyed working for himself as a handyman on everything from
shingling a roof to renovating a basement until his arthritis
prevented him. Bill had a large heart and a wild spirit. Predeceased
