Mrs. Jeanne Maria JANSSENS a resident of Port Lambton passed away on Monday Juanuary 24, 2005 at C.K.H.A. Sydenham Campus, in Wallaceburg at the age of 92 years. She was born in Hoboken, Belgium and was a daughter of the late Jozef and Maria (PALMANS) SOMERS. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church and the C.W.L. in Port Lambton. Jeanne immigrated to Canada in 1949 with her husband and children. They had resided in Blenhiem and Leamington until they farmed on the 5th concession of Sombra Township. Beloved wife of the late Edward H. JANSSENS (1979.) Loving mother and mother-in-law of Georgette and the late Roger Apers of Tupperville, Yvonne and Hector VAN DAMME of Wallaceburg, George and Marcia JANSSENS of Dresden, Frank and Nancy JANSSENS of Port Huron, Christine JANSSENS and her friend David FREED of Victoria, British Columbia and Margaret and Joe VERHOEVEN of Chatham. Sadly missed by 21 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren. Kind sister-in-law of Rosalia JANSSENS of Belgium and August and Josephine JANSSENS of Kerwood. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by an infant daughter, one sister and two brothers. The late Mrs. JANSSENS rested at the Eric F. Joan was born in Rothwell, New Brunswick and was a daughter of the late Louis and Barbara (SZAULSZLO) DOYCHUK and had resided in Wallaceburg most of her life. She was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Church in Wallaceburg. Beloved wife of 48 years to Peter DEMOOR. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Philip and Nancy DEMOOR of Corunna. The love of her life were her grandchildren Jesse, Jacob and Joel. Kind sister and sister-in-law of Mary and Steve BUJAKI, Helen and Joseph DEMOOR and Steve and Edna PAULOVICS. Della had resided in Detroit, Michigan for many years returning to the Wallaceburg area two years ago. Beloved wife of the late Joseph SCAFURI. Loving mother of the late Allen SCAFURI. Dear sister of Buelah HOWLETT and Lorraine TREPANIER. Predeceased by two brothers Don MYERS and Bernard MYERS and six sisters Edna SYLVAIN, Verna THOMAS, Viola HIND, Bernida STERLING, Winnifred LABONTE and Leona MacDONALD. ROSSIGNOL, Albert A.
Albert A. ROSSIGNOL a resident of Thamesview Lodge has gone to see the Lord on February 28, 2005 at the age of 74. Born in Grand Falls, New Brunswick on August 24, 1930, he was the son of the late Alexander (1971) and the late Emily (PARENT) ROSSIGNOL (1986.) He married the late Edwina DESROSIERS (1990) on June 30, 1952, moved his family to Ontario in 1969. He was employed at North American Plastics and Libbey St. Clair, better known as the Glass Factory in Wallaceburg. He retired from the Glass Factory on August 1, 1992. He is survived by four sons, Cyr ROSSIGNOL and his wife Sherry of Chatham, Mario ROSSIGNOL and his wife Pat, Noël ROSSIGNOL and his companion Maxine MALLOY of Wallaceburg, Daniel ROSSIGNOL and his wife Linda of Chatham; two daughters Albertine ROSSIGNOL and her husband Terry BONNER, Winda O'PHEE and her husbnad Sean of Chatham; one brother Omer ROSSIGNOL of Chatham; four sisters, Esther (Mrs. Leonard OUELLETTE) of Les Buissons, Quebec, Linda (Mrs. Richard DUCHAINE) of Michigan, U.S.A., Yvonne (Mrs. Gildore MORREAU) and Meldrude (Mrs. Camille PELLETIER both of Grand Falls, New Brunswick, as well as 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
