After a long, courageous battle with cancer, Janice Jean COUVILLION, in her 57th year, passed away peacefully, in her home, on Saturday, March 19, 2005. Janice is lovingly survived by her daughters Tracey FEDDES (Stephen▲) of Goderich, Dana (Vladimir) BALDACCHINO of London, her grandchildren; Amanda, Joe, Justin, Kayla, Pacey of Goderich and Zachary of London. Janice is also survived by her sisters, Eleanor (John) MARSH and Lorraine WATKIN both of London and many nieces, nephews and Friends. She was predeceased by her parents May and Harold MORLEY, sister Karen, brothers Harold and Charlie and nephew Warren. A Memorial Service will be held at East London Anglican Ministries, 2060 Dundas Street, London on Wednesday, March 30th at 1pm. The Reverend Michael JOHNSON officiating. Suddenly, after a brief battle with cancer, at her home, in Owen Sound, on Friday, February 18th, 2005. Loving mother of Paula BALDWIN, of Midland; Leslie WESTLAKE, of Mississauga and Lynne and her husband, Giovanni CORRIAS, of Rome, Italy. Loving grandmother of Belynda, Stephen, Laura, Joanna, Jamie, Ryan and Lauren. Great-grandmother of Brandon, Neilee, Colden, Mackena, Matthew, Mica, Eric, Gwen (Little Pauline) and Krista. Predeceased by her parents, Dot and James BUZZA (Buzza Brothers Jewellers) and her brother, Roy. Pauline volunteered with Meals on Wheels and in the hospital at the Book Cart and the Gift Shop. In 2004, she received an Honorary Award for 20 years of service. An avid bridge player, she will be remembered by Baker Street and also the Owen Sound Golf and Country Club. The city of Rome and many of it's residents will miss her annual visits. Howard was a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon with a Masters of Science. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago. He was an Associate Professor of Chemistry at University of Western Ontario for 35 years during which time he was also the Assistant Vice President of Research. He had worked in the Stores Department at the Saint Thomas Psychiatric Hospital. Clair had been an active member of First United Church, Saint Thomas, and a very active worker in the community. As a result of the business Ralph became very active in the Brantford Community. He was a member of the Brant Curling Club, a member of Freemason Lodges; Saint John's 209a, Ozias 508 where he was Worshipful Master in 1998, Brant Lodge 45 and was District Deputy Grand Master of Brant Masonic District (2002-2003). Ralph is the current president of the Brantford Shrine Club and was very involved in fundraising with both the Masonic Lodge and Shrine Club. He was also an Auxilliary Police officer with the Brantford Police and a member of the Brantford Nissan Senior Slo-pitch team. It is with profound regret that our family announces the death of Gerald HUDSON of Maitland Manor in Goderich, Ontario. Gerry was predeceased by his first wife, Patricia (BALDWIN,) and leaves to mourn his wife Lorna May (CLIPPERTON,) son Laurence (Nicole) of Ottawa, daughter Valerie (Tom) of Calgary, grandchildren Paul, Julie, Renée and Romi. Also left in mourning are the children from his second marriage - Lynda, Raymond, Brenda and Mark, and their children, Jennifer, Stephanie, Lisa, Matthew, Brent, Lindsey and Lana. Born in England and a veteran of the Royal Artillery during World War 2, Gerry eventually became a proud Canadian, and taught his children the same pride. He would regale his children and grandkids with stories of his adventures during the war, and was proud of his achievements as an artilleryman, and subsequently as a peacemaker. After his retirement from the London Transportation Commission, he moved to Goderich, was active in the Legion, was an avid model engineer, a participant in the Huron County Museum, and was a member of the North Street United Church. Cremation a Memorial Service will be held at McCallum and Palla Funeral Home, Cambria Road at East Street, Goderich on Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 11 a.m. Visitation one hour prior to service. Grandpa will be lovingly remembered by grandchildren Adam, Rachel, Karly, James, Charlie, Spencer and Simon. Tom will also be sadly missed by the Edels family, and his faithful companion, his dog, Dregs. After 68 Christmas mornings, Tom left us on Christmas Day, twelve days after being diagnosed with cancer. Ernie CLIFFORD died peacefully of complications related to Cancer after a short stay at The Greater Niagara General Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Alexandra (REID) CLIFFORD. Loved father of Kyle CLIFFORD (Connie), Edmonton, Alberta; Megan WINSOR (Terry), Ottawa, Gavin CLIFFORD, Vancouver, British Columbia Colin CLIFFORD (Karen), Niagara Falls. Loved grandfather of Carrie and Adam CLIFFORD, Stephan, Robyn and Christopher WINSOR, Nathan and Audrey CLIFFORD. Dear brother of Laura BALDWIN (Tom,) Kingston, Mary CLIFFORD, Niagara Falls, Albert CLIFFORD, Whitby, and the late Walter CLIFFORD, Evelyn LEWIS, Caroline HUNT. Ernie was married to Marg for 44 years until her death in February 1997. Ernie was a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War and served in Britain. He began his career practicing Law in Niagara Falls, in 1964. He was a Volunteer President of the local Children's Aid Society. Ernie and Marg were dedicated parents and delighted in their grandchildren. Ernie was an avid reader, a joy he lost with the onset of Macular Degeneration in the past few years. Ernie will be dearly missed by his family and Friends. Cremation has taken place. Died of natural causes in Toronto on October 5, 2005. Born in 1910, Margaret was the daughter of Edward ANDERSON and Alberta McALLISTER of Welland. Graduating in 1932 from University College Toronto, she taught high school in Welland before marrying Dr. William Wesley BALDWIN in 1936. They moved to Brooklin, Ontario, where Bill practiced medicine for over 40 years and Margaret devoted her life to serving others, both in her family and the community of Brooklin/Whitby/Oshawa region. After Bill's death in 1988, she lived in their Brooklin home until 2002 before moving to Toronto. Margaret will be remembered for her lively and affectionate interest in all the people with whom she came in contact, for her wide-ranging volunteer commitments and for the strong support she gave to Bill's medical career. Margaret leaves her children Dr. William BALDWIN of Toronto and Anne POTTER (Richard) of Milford, Ontario; her grandchildren Jennifer EIELSON (John) of Boston, David POTTER (Deb) of Toronto, Carolyn POTTER (Lori SEAY) of Vancouver and Andrew BALDWIN (Tara CASE) of Ottawa, as well as four great-grandchildren in Toronto and Boston. Cremation has taken place. At Margaret's request no service will be held. Friends will be received by the family at The Baldwin Center, 5959 Anderson Street, Brooklin Village from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on October 30, 2005.
