With great sadness, the family announces the sudden passing of Norma BACK on Friday November 11, 2005 in Collingwood. Beloved wife of fifty one years of Stanley. Cherished mother of Linda SKERIES (Ranier) of Timmins and Barry (Sharon) of Calgary. Devoted and proud grandmother of Kristina, Erik, Karsten, Brittany, Julian and Max. Predeceased by her parents Elsa and Arthur GARNEY and parents in-law Jessie and Jack BACK. Norma was a remarkable lady and will be remembered for her love of music, which she shared with Stanley and passed on to her children and grandchildren. Her beautiful soprano voice and piano playing will never be forgotten. She loved skiing in her younger years, curling, entertaining, crocheting and gardening. Norma's family and especially her grandchildren were her life. She will be forever missed by her family and Friends who will remember her warmth, laughter and kindred spirit. Peacefully, on Wednesday, April 20, 2005, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Bowmanville, at age 96. Mildred (née WILSON,) beloved wife of the late Frederick DEARBORN of Greenbank. Loved mother of Fred and his wife Donna of Oshawa, Doris and her husband the late Earl BACON of Greenbank, Ray and his wife Lena of Belleville, Harvey and his wife Ruby of Manilla, and Margaret and her husband the late Joe DESOUSA of Oshawa. Loving grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Norman, Harvey, Blanche, Roy, and Dorothy. Predeceased by brother Clifford and sisters Ila, Ruby and Nora. Passed away suddenly on Friday July 1, 2005 at the Ajax Pickering Hospital at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Thelma (née WAITE.) He will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and Friends. Predeceased by his parents John William and Sarah (nee MATHER) as well as by brother Jack. It is with sadness, yet with gratitude for a life well-lived, that the family of Marion LEESON announces her death on Wednesday, August 10, 2005, in her 92nd year. Marion was a devoted wife to Charlie for 55 years until his death in 1992. She was a loving mother to John (Crissy) and Judy ROGERS (the late Deryck) a doting grandmother to James TURJANICA (Kim.▲) She▲ was also a caring aunt to Mary VANZANTEN (Bill▲) and Stuart KELCH (Elizabeth;) great aunt to Dana (Richard) and Bill Jr. VANZANTEN, Andrea,▲ and Scott KELCH; great-great aunt to Nadia and David. Marion was predeceased by her sister Helen (1990) and brother Fred (1991). There will be a private family funeral with interment in Aylmer.
