In loving memory of Norma McDERMID WILLIAMSON (née PALMER) who died peacefully at Centennial Manor on January 21, 2004 at the age of 82 years.
Norma was a very hard working woman who loved company. She was always thinking of others and did without to raise her eight children. Many children in the community were baby-sat and loved by Norma. During her time working for the Children's Aid Society she mothered 99 children.
She was born to Guy PALMER and Janet McDERMID on November 13, 1921.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Aulden (June 18, 1996). Loved by her children: Carolann and husband Stewart NOBLE of Mindemoya, Janet and husband Peter VANWYEHEN of London, Susan RICHING and friend Dave of Whitefish Falls, Keith and Lynn of Smithers BC, Paul of Centennial Manor, Ken and Joan of Mindemoya, Doug at home, Donny and friend Darlene of Fraser Lake, BC. Will be forever remembered by 16 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Lottie and Murray THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON of Kagawong, Anita and Max (predeceased) FAWCETT of Mindemoya, Shirley and Bob WISEMAN of Falconbridge and Maudie of Sault Ste. Marie.

Carol Ann NOBLE
In loving memory of Carol Ann NOBLE, 61 years, who passed away Sunday, August 1, 2004 at Mindemoya Hospital.
She leaves behind her husband Stuart NOBLE, daughter and son-in-law Ann (née NOBLE) and Rusty AUXIER (in Mindemoya,) son and daughter-in-law Adam NOBLE and wife Tammy (in Amherstburg, ON) as well as one grand_son, Chance Auxier. She was the daughter of the Alden and Norma (née PALMER) WILLIAMSON (both predeceased,) and the eldest sister of Keith WILLIAMSON and wife Lynn (of B.C.,) Paul WILLIAMSON (of Little Current), Ken WILLIAMSON and wife Joan (of Mindemoya), Doug WILLIAMSON (of Mindemoya),
Janet VANWYCHEN (née WILLIAMSON) and husband Peter (of London, ON,) Donny WILLIAMSON and friend Darlene (of B.C.,) and Susan RICHING (née WILLIAMSON) and friend Dave (of Whitefish Falls, ON.) There will be a memorial service at Mindemoya Cemetery on September 4, 2004.

Michael Thomas CLARKE
In loving memory of Michael Thomas CLARKE, May 28, 1965 - October 4, 2004.
Michael CLARKE, a resident of Little Current, died on Monday, October 4, 2004 in Little Current at the age of 39 years.
He was born in Mindemoya, son of Blair CLARKE and the former Beatrice BAKER. Michael had been a crusher operator for H and R NOBLE Construction for 6 years. He had a great love of hockey, being a devout Toronto Maple Leafs fan, and also enjoyed playing the game. He played in the Porter Clarke Hockey Tournament every year. Michael also enjoyed playing golf, and was a great fisherman. Michael was a loving father of Autumn VANHORN, Hannah HARVEY, Rachael CLARKE and Jerry CLARKE. Dearly loved son of Blair of Gore Bay and Beatrice Lee (BAKER) of Kemble. Loving grand_son of Ella BAKER of Ice Lake and great grand_son of Ethel PRIOR of Gore Bay. Dear brother of June (Toby) CLARKE of Gore Bay, Terri MIDDAUGH, partner Gary CUTHBERTSON of Sault Ste. Marie, and Corey CLARKE, partner Megan of London. Loved by cousins Christopher, Steven, Cindy, Julia, Joanne, Jill, Angie, Jerry (predeceased), Cameron, Colleen, Cara, Glen and Kimberly. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family and Friends. Predeceased by grandparents Ken BAKER and Frank and Annie CLARKE.
Friends called at the Culgin Funeral Home, Gore Bay, on Saturday, October 9, 2004 from 10 - 11 am. The funeral service was conducted at 11 am with Mr. Harold BYNE officiating. Cremation followed.
