died at the Manitoulin Centennial Manor on Thursday, October 14, 2004 at the age of 91 years.
Jennie was born in Sandfield Township to William and Agnes “Sibbie”
(MOODY)
LUSCOMBE on July 9, 1913. Throughout her life Jennie touched the
lives of many people. She was very special to her family and Friends, in
her caring ways and wonderful sense of humour. She laughed a lot and in
doing so, brought joy to others. She married her beloved husband
Earl “Tinker” in 1934. He predeceased her in 1981. Together they
operated a service station in South Baymouth, previously they had both a
service station and restaurant in Tehkummah and in Naughton.

John HUGHSON, a resident of Manitowaning, died at the Manitoulin Health Centre,
Little Current, on Thursday, July 8, 2004 at the age of 87 years.
He was born in Sheguiandah Township,
son of the late George Lawrence and Dorothy Anne

John had farmed all his life and had many other interests, including hunting and fishing, curling,
cards and euchre and gardening. He was a member of the United Church.

Harold was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Little Current.
He taught shop in Elliot Lake for 15 years. He also was an avid gardener, woodworker and enjoyed

MOORES, of Joffre Alberta,
who passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on January 28, 2004 at the age of 56 years.
Bob was a loving husband (Barb's "Charlie"), a dedicated family man
and loved all animals especially "Kit Kat". Family always came first
and he was thrilled to meet his granddaughter, Alena Grace, and spend
her first Christmas with her at his home. His love had no
boundaries, encompassing all he met.
Robert was a dedicated employee at Bruins Plumbing for 23 years. Bob
loved to be outdoors fishing, hiking and camping with family. His
piano playing ability will never be matched and he rocked and rolled
many wonderful parties. He will be sorely missed by all and never forgotten.
Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife and soul mate Barb

Regional Hospital, Red Deer, Alberta.
