ACHESON, Muriel Aleth (formerly WAKE, née HENDERSON)
Passed away in Dufferin Oaks, Shelburne, on Wednesday, December 29th, 2004. Aleth (HENDERSON) ACHESON in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon ACHESON and the late Allan WAKE and dear mother of Douglas (Marion) WAKE, of Rosemont, Muriel (Robert) AVIS, of Flesherton, Ruth LITTLE, of Shelburne, Emily CARRY, of Toronto, Gwen (the late Henry) SOLWAY, of Forest, Robert (the late Marlene) ACHESON, of R.R.#4 Flesherton and Jack (Linda) ACHESON, of Ravenna. Will be sadly missed by twenty-six grandchildren, thirty-nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grand_sons, three sisters, Helen STINSON, of Toronto, Elva KEAST, of Shelburne, Ella (Tracy) MELENSON, of Toronto, three brothers, Bolen HENDERSON, of Orangevillle, Douglas (Dianalynn) HENDERSON, of Calgary, Alberta and Eldon HENDERSON, of Melancthon Township. Predeceased by a sister, Della OLDFIELD. Resting at the McMillan and Jack Funeral Home, Dundalk. Service in the chapel on Friday, December 31st, 2004 at 11: 00 a.m. Interment in Dundalk Cemetery. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Visitation on Thursday from 4: 00 to 8:00 p.m.

In loving memory of Doctor Mary Lou CRANSTON who passed away July 28, 2004 in Devon, Alberta.
Born in Toronto, in 1945, beloved daughter of Charles (late) and Clara CRANSTON of Mindemoya. Lovingly remembered and survived by sisters Ann Marie (husband Bent HENRIKSEN) of Denmark, Marie Celeste of Mindemoya, and brother Bill (wife Ann) of Mindemoya. She will be sadly missed by special friend Sharon Downs, of Devon. Mary Lou received her doctorate in moral theology in Rome, Italy.
She dedicated her life to teaching in various institutions across Canada, more particularly
ethical and moral issues in recent years until her death. After a brief battle with cancer, Mary Lou passed away peacefully at home. Cremation has taken place, with burial of ashes in the hills she loved in Devon. A memorial service was to be held Tuesday, August 10, 2004 in Mindemoya.
