-In loving memory of a dear niece, Carolyn, who passed away January 10, 1996
As a candle that has burned
Within a single room,
Warming hearts beside its flame,
Lightening the gloom,
Is carried by a sheltering hand
Through a distant door
Into a larger, brighter room
Than that which was before.
So those we love must sometimes pass
Beyond our present sight,
Must leave us and must leave our world
Without their radiant light,
But we can know that like the candle
They are just away,
That another room is brightened
By their warm and lovely ray,
And in Heaven's candelabra
Where they shine divinely bright,
Each candle burns forevermore
In God's eternal light.
-Lovingly remembered by John and Coral

-In loving memory of our son, Brent, aka Woolley Bear.
Day by day we see him as he was
Fifteen years ago
His laughter lingers in our hearts
It will always linger so
He walks and sits beside us
And we pray to keep him there
In memory as in life we hear
His footsteps on the stairs
We look out from our window
And see him coming home
With Brent's special grin
It was our son's very own.
We know we live in memories
But we hope we'll always hear
Brent opening the door...and then
His footsteps on the stairs
He'll never now grow older
And when to Heaven we come
He'll meet us with a cheery smile
As had our precious son
For we know that when he left us
And went to live up there
Our Saviour recognized as we
Brent's footsteps on the stairs.
-With cherished memories. Mom and Dad

Look around your garden, Lord,
He won’t be hard to find,
He has a face that’s full of love,
And a heart that’s good and kind,
Tell him that we love him,
And when he turns and smiles,
Put your arm around him Lord,
And hold him for a while.
We talk about him often,
We think about him still,
He hasn’t been forgotten, Lord,
And never, ever will.
