Born August 12th, 1910 in Lorio, Treviso, Italy, Maria was a life time member of the Caruso Club of
Sudbury and owned and operated the Little Current Motel for over 40 years. She was very active with many
charitable organizations. A private family prayer service was held in the Lougheed Funeral Home, 252 Regent
Street Sudbury Wednesday, August 11th, 2004. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium. (No public visitation)

Favourite uncle of many nieces and nephews. Bill was born on May 17, 1933 and was raised
on the Manitoulin, which was always his home. He worked at the Canadian Pacific Railway,
starting there as a young man and continued most of his working years. His love of music,
singing and playing his guitar was a gift he shared with family and Friends throughout his
whole life. Bill enjoyed nature, watching the huge full moon rise, and listening to the sound
of the frogs in summer. He loved animals, especially dogs, reading all genres, and visiting
with his vast number of Friends. Bill had a warm kind spirit that flowed freely to all.
Each of us feels blessed to have had Bill be part of our lives. He will be greatly missed by
all and will be remembered in our hearts forever. May he rest in God’s care. Visitation was
from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Tuesday at Island Funeral Home. Funeral service at 2 pm Wednesday, December 1,
2004 at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Little Current. Burial in Mountain View Cemetery.

everyone. She loved to laugh, visit and tease. Ensuring everyone ate
well, she enjoyed cooking, especially Sunday family dinners including barbeques.
Mary enjoyed attending pow-wows, playing bingo, nevadas, internet
Casino slot games and was an avid wresting fan. She took great pleasure
on going for Sunday rides, going to yard sales, making crafts, doing
word search puzzles, being with her grandchildren, listening to music
and watching her baby birth stories on T.V. Mary was a strong believer
in seeking the truth in all things including honesty. Throughout her
life, she taught these values and principles that are instilled within
her family. We are blessed and honoured by her spirit and know that she
