Erwin Herbert LINDNER
Erwin LINDNER, a resident of Silver Water, died at the Manitoulin Health Centre on Saturday, May 15, 2004 at the age of 76 years.
He was born in Germany, son of the late Erich and Anna (LAMBRECHT) LINDNER of Germany. Erwin was an architect and worked in construction all his life. He was a member of the New Apostolic Church in Sudbury. Erwin had a passion for creating things and building them. Dearly loved husband of Sigrid BECK, proud father of George and his wife Elaine of Toronto. Dear grandfather of Jordan and Derek. Erwin is also survived by one brother Gunter and his wife Renate in Germany and predeceased by two other brothers. At Erwin’s request there was no public visitation. Cremation. A memorial service will be held at a later time.

At Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto on Thursday, December 30th, 2004 in her 53rd year. Gail DOUGLAS/DOUGLASS- BECKS, loved daughter of Mack and Betty DOUGLAS/DOUGLASS of Meaford. Loving wife of Dr. Gregory BECKS of Owen Sound and much loved mother of Alison of Owen Sound (London) and Scott also of Owen Sound (Waterloo). Also remembered by her sister Janis DOUGLAS/DOUGLASS and nephew Jeremy of Port Perry. Fondly remembered daughter-in-law of Doug and Madeline BECKS of Mindemoya, Manitoulin Island and also remembered as a dear sister-in-law and aunt by the Becks family. Funeral and committal services officiated by Reverend Bob GIULIANO and Reverend Judith OLIVER will be conducted at Meaford United Church on Monday, January 3rd, 2005 at 11: 00 a.m. with a family service and interment of Gail's cremated remains to take place at Lakeview Cemetery at a later date. Family will receive Friends in the fellowship hall of the church following the service for a time of reflection, remembrance and celebration of Gail's life. As your expression of sympathy, donations to Canadian Blood Services, Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation (Leukemia Research), St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation - London, or the London Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated and may be made through the Ferguson Funeral Home, 48 Boucher St. E., Meaford, N4L 1B9 (519-538-1320) to whom arrangements have been entrusted.

Dear father of Blair of Manitoulin Island. Dear brother of Jean CÔTÉ of Little Current. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Trevor of Manitoulin Island and Kendra of Belleville. A private family service was held at the Walas Funeral Home, 130 Main Street, Brighton on Saturday, June 26 at 11 am. Cremation.
