Hilda Vivian BAILEY
In Loving Memory of Hilda Vivian BAILEY (née DUXBURY) who died at
the Manitoulin Health Centre on Wednesday March 17, 2004 at the age of 86 years.
Predeceased by her husband Robert Owen BAILEY (Bob) March 5, 1977.
Loving mother of Vivian and husband George PENNIE of Manitowaning, Sherman and wife Catherine of Little Current, Doug and Mary Ellen of Little Current, Martin BOYNE and wife Betty of Kagawong. Will be missed by grandchildren Peter and wife Sue PENNIE, Sandra PENNIE and friend Pat, Kimberly and husband Leo GROEN of Blind River, Martin BAILEY, Bradley and wife Cynda BAILEY. Predeceased by Blaire, Vivian Diane and Connie Lynn. Cherished great-grandmother of Jimmy, Drew, Ashley, Jordan, and Trenton. Dear sister of Erwin
and wife Orpha DUXBURY, Helen and husband Carl DUGGAN, Muriel PYETTE (Louis predeceased), Goldie DUXBURY (Daisy predeceased.) Predeceased by Freda LINSTEAD and Madeline DUXBURY.
A visitation was held Friday, March 19 and a funeral service Saturday, March 20, both at Island Funeral Home. Burial in Kagawong Cemetery.

Dear mother of Mary Ellen and Doug BAILEY of Little Current, Barbara and Robert EADIE of Honora Bay. Will be remembered by grandchildren, Amanda EADIE, Marty BAILEY, Connie Lynn BAILEY (predeceased.) Also remembered by Hilda, Patsy, Amy, Marie, Vera, Clifford, Gordon (Shorty). A funeral service was held Monday, March 30th, 2004 at Island Funeral Home, Little Current, Ontario. Burial in the spring in Mountain View Cemetery.

Step grandmother of several grandchildren. Will be missed by sister Cathy and husband Sherman BAILEY of Little Current. Predeceased by parents John and Beatrice DUNN. A visitation was held Friday, May 7, 2004. A funeral service was held Saturday, May 8, 2004. Cremation.

Loving wife of Eugene PYETTE of Tehkummah, cherished mother of Graham and Darlene of Spring Bay, Williard and wife Diana of Tehkummah, Marion and husband Blair THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON of Manitowaning, Penny and husband Michael MATTHEWS of Goulais River, Frances and husband Earl MARTIN of Tehkummah, Roger and wife Lorraine of Sudbury, Theresa GIBSON of Ottawa. Will be greatly missed by sixteen grandchildren, special great grandmother of three. Predeceased by parents Phil and Jessie COULTIS. Remembered by sisters Lureen (husband Arden predeceased) BAILEY of Sudbury, Georgina and husband Jim MacKENZIE of Little Current and brothers Leland) wife Gladys COULTIS of Copper Cliff, George (predeceased) wife Nancy COULTIS of Wahnapitae. Georgina Irene MacKENZIE
In loving memory of Georgina “Georgie” Irene MacKENZIE who died at the Manitoulin Health Centre on Friday, October 15, 2004 after a brief struggle with cancer.
Survived by her cherished husband and best friend James (Jim) MacKENZIE of Little Current. Adored by her children Dawn LEGAULT of Espanola, James and Susan of Manitowaning, Dianne MacKENZIE- COULTER of Espanola. Predeceased by daughter Sandra. Will be missed by grandchildren Kaila COULTER, Cody MacKENZIE, Cathy and Casey O’ BRIEN. Dear sister of Lureen BAILEY (husband Arden, predeceased) of Sudbury, Loretta (predeceased) husband Eugene PYETTE of Tehkummah, Leland (predeceased) wife Gladys COULTIS of Sudbury, George (predeceased) wife Nancy COULTIS of Sudbury. At Georgina’s and her family’s request there will be direct cremation with burial in Hilly Grove Cemetery.

Hilda Anne HARPER
In loving memory of Hilda Anne HARPER, July 24, 1904 - December 7, 2004.
Hilda HARPER, a resident of the Manitoulin Lodge, died at the Lodge on Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at the age of 100 years.
She was born at Evansville, daughter of the late Angus and Isabella (BAILEY) BELL.
Hilda had lived in Gore Bay since 1991, having moved from Evansville where she had lived most of her life. She had worked on the farm with her husband Thomas, and had also worked as a cook at Northernaire Lodge. Hilda had many hobbies and interests, which included quilting, crocheting, loved her flowers and going to church. Her fondest times were spent with her family. A loving and loved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, she will be sadly missed by all.
Hilda was predeceased by her husband Thomas James HARPER in 1977. Dearly loved mother of Geraldine ROBINSON of Espanola, Jim and Barbara HARPER and Les and Lois HARPER all of Evansville. Predeceased by son Kenneth. Proud and loving grandmother of 17 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers and sisters Flora CAMPBELL, Katie HALL, Gurtie BAILEY, Bud (John,) Lucy MORRISON, Jim BELL, Dora NELSON, Peter BELL and Sandy BELL.
Friends called at the Culgin Funeral Home after 7 pm on Friday. The funeral service was conducted in the Wm. G. Turner Chapel on Saturday, December 11, 2004 at 11 am with Mr. Erwin THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON officiating. Spring interment in Gordon Cemetery. Culgin Funeral Home.

Hannah Spray LLOYD
In loving memory of Hannah Spray LLOYD, January 14, 1920 - July 30, 2004.
Spray LLOYD, a resident of Extendicare York, Sudbury, died at Sudbury Regional Hospital,
Saint Joseph’s Site on Friday, July 30, 2004 at the age of 84 years.
Spray was born on January 14, 1920 in Rockville, Ontario, daughter of the late Wellington and
Jane (COSBY) PARKINSON. On December 3, 1941 she married Thomas (Harry) LLOYD of Billings Township. Harry predeceased Spray in the fall of 1972. Spray was very active in her community and was a member of the United Church. Spray also enjoyed gardening, quilting, euchre and spending time with her many dear family and Friends. She will be sadly missed by all, but many memorable times will be cherished. Spray had 4 siblings: Mary McVEY and husband Cecil of Honora (both predeceased.) Ada BAIN and husband Doug (predeceased) of Grimsby, Irene CAMPBELL and husband Ivan of Sudbury (both predeceased,) and Charlie PARKINSON and wife Rita of Rockville. Spray leaves behind her step son Norman LLOYD and wife Elva of Billings, son Harold LLOYD (predeceased,) of Kincardine, Tom LLOYD and wife Louise of Oshawa, Blanche CAMPBELL and husband Bill of Mindemoya, Barry LLOYD of Garson and Tanya SOWA and husband Shawn of Sudbury. Proud great grandmother of 9 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by great grandchildren April and Christopher. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends called at the Culgin Funeral Home on Monday. The funeral service
