McFEAT, Mary (née DAVIS) -- On November 22, 2002, Mary passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and bathed in the warmth that marked her life. Lovingly remembered by Tom, her husband and partner of 55 years, son Tom, daughter Elaine, granddaughter Kyla, grand_son James, sister Barbara LARSEN and Barbara's family (John, Jim, Andy, and Patty), and many other nieces, nephews, and dear Friends. Hers was a life well-lived, marked by endless acts of thoughtfulness, compassion, nurturing, and wisdom. She was much loved and will be sorely missed by everyone who had the pleasure to know her. The family wishes to extend its thanks to the staff of Belmont House and the Mount Sinai Intensive Care Unit for their enormous compassion and assistance. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to Covenant House or any other charity of your choice. Friends may call at the Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Ave. W. (2 stop lights west of Yonge St.), on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

Dear sister of Merv JAMES, Audrey EDINGER and Helen EDINGER. She will be fondly remembered by relatives and Friends. Stanley Roy McFEGGAN passed away suddenly on Thursday December 5, 2002 at his residence with his family at his side in his 66th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Mary Ellen McFEGGAN (née RINTOUL.) Loving father of Steven (Carol) McFEGGAN, Heather (David) GIBSON, Stephen (Cindy) ROWLES, Cathy (Stephen) BOND, Rick (Anne) ROWLES. Loved grandfather of 9 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Dear brother of Margaret (Leonard) KELLEY, John (Joan) McFEGGAN. Predeceased by parents Roy and Hattie McFEGGAN and one granddaughter Leanne CARRADINE. The family will receive Friends and relatives at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), London for a Memorial service on Monday December 9, 2002 at 2 p.m. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Interment of cremation at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be greatly acknowledged. In loving memory of Eunice Vivian LEESON, January 28, 1911 to September 12, 2002.
Eunice LEESON, a resident of Centennial Manor, Little Current, and formerly of Mill Site Apartments, Gore Bay, died at the Manitoulin Health Centre, Little Current on Thursday, September 12, 2002 at the age of 91 years. She was born in Burpee Township, daughter of the late Archibald and Janet (McPHERSON) AINSLIE. Eunice had been an elementary school teacher. Eunice and Roy had lived at Elizabeth Bay for many years, in the home they had renovated, and is now occupied by Marty and Molly AINSLIE.
Predeceased by her husband Roy LEESON, June 26, 1993. Dear sister of Brenda MILLER of Louisiana, niece Karen FLOYD of St. Catharines, great nephew Jim AINSLIE Jr. and a number of other nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Betty and brothers Ralph (Duncan) and Cleave.
The funeral service was conducted in the Wm. G. Turner Chapel of the Culgin Funeral Home on Saturday September 14, 2002 with Mr. Erwin THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON officiating. Interment in Gordon Cemetery.

McPHERSON, James Bruce -- At his home on Friday, November 15, 2002 after a long battle with emphysema at the age of 64. He will be sadly missed by his partner Bill FYFE of 43 years, nephews Edward and Andrew, sister-in-law Wanda McPHERSON, cousin Joyce WRIGHT and his special Friends Don COLVIN, Paul CHRISTIE, Martha TODD, Helen HATTON and many other Friends and colleagues around the world. Cherished brother of Dorothy (CROWLEY,) Loretta (TROTMAN,) Mel, Yvonne (TAPP,) Verlyn (MacPHERSON) and Marilyn (McARTHUR.) Brother-in-law of Carol MORRIS. Lovingly remembered by 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Russell was a long time dedicated employee of Goodwill Toronto and a friend to all. Resting at the Paul O'Conner Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Avenue East (Between Warden and Pharmacy) from 3-9 p.m. Thursday. OLIVE, Arthur William -- 71 years of age passed away quietly with family members at his side on Wednesday, 20 November 2002 at the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in Oakville, Ontario. Surviving are his wife Helen of Oakville, son Robert Olive of Oakville, daughter Nancy Olive and husband Pat BORG of Mississauga, daughter Joan Olive and husband Ozgur HUNER of Toronto, granddaughter Ella HUNER, sister Margaret McFETRIDGE of Regina, and predeceased by sister Kathleen BRANDON. A visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Friday 22 November 2002 and a memorial will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday 23 November 2002. The visitation and memorial will occur at the Kopriva Taylor Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, Ontario (east of Kerr St.). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Lung Association, Halton Region, 2200 Speers Road, Oakville, Ontario L6L 2X8.
