HERON, Mary (née TOWNE) -- Peacefully passed away on November 11, 2002 at Scarborough Grace Hospital, at the age of 81. Mary, beloved wife of Gerald. Loving mother of Darrell and his wife Julia and Richard and his wife Debbie. Cherished grandma of Paige, Jasmine, Alexander, and Aidan. A special person who will be greatly missed by all of her family and many Friends. The family will receive Friends at the Highland Funeral Home, 3280 Sheppard Avenue East, just west of Warden Avenue, Scarborough, on Friday, November 15 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16 at 10 a.m. in the chapel. Private family interment. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Scarborough Hospital Foundation - Grace Division would be appreciated.

SZAROTA, Henry -- On Thursday, November 7, 2002 in Buffalo, New York in his 65th year, much loved husband of Sylvia. Dear loving father to Henry John and his wife Margaret of Mississauga, Eileen Zuraw and her husband Janusz of Mississauga and Christine Mallon and her husband David of Etobicoke. Loving grandfather to Edward, John, Katherine, Patricia, Allison, Daniel, Lucas and Christian. Dear brother to Wacek, his wife Stefka and family of Brazil, Walerian and family of Toronto, Janina TOWNSEND and family of Brazil, Stella WOLOSTCHAK, husband Joe and family of Toronto, and the late Bronek and Tadek. Also sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews many other family and Friends. Henry loved life and adored his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lakeshore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th Street, 416-259-3705) on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass Thursday 10: 30 a.m. from St. Teresa's Catholic Church (Tenth St.).
