Noreen Lois RUSSELL
In loving memory of Noreen Lois RUSSELL, August 10, 1940 to October 6, 2002 at Mindemoya Hospital on Sunday at the age of 62 years.
Born to parents Lydia and Samuel RUSSELL both predeceased, also predeceased by step father Paul HUNTER. Will be greatly missed by sister Betty LENTIR (husband George predeceased) of Providence Bay. Dear aunt of Shirley and Owen LEGGE of Mindemoya, Fred of Providence Bay, Lenora and Mike TANN of Mindemoya, Reg of Providence Bay, Robert and Andrea of Espanola. Great aunt of Julie (husband John), Jackie, Wayne, Andrea, Brad, Lisa, Makenna and Avery. Great great aunt of Jesse and Jarret. Visitation was on Wednesday October 9. Funeral Service was held on Thursday, October 10, 2002 at Mindemoya United Church with Reverend Mary Jo Tracy officiating. Burial in Hilly Grove Cemetery. Donations to Mindemoya Hospital Auxiliary or Little Current Dialysis Unit would be greatly appreciated by the family. Arrangements in care of Island Funeral Home, Little Current, Ontario.

Frederick BIRCHALL
In loving memory of Frederick BIRCHALL who passed away peacefully at the St. Joseph's Health Centre on Sunday, May 19, 2002 surrounded by his loving family. Husband of Lillian Joyce {TANNER} BIRCHALL. Loving father of Thomas Gregory BIRCHALL and his wife Kathy Joy (BLACK) of Oakville, James Frederick BIRCHALL and his wife Pauline Jeannine (FOUCAULT) of Scarborough and Cindy BIRCHALL- YARWORSKY and her husband Wilf YAWORSKY of Sudbury. Predeceased by sisters Betty, Eleanor and Lil and brothers Thomas, Albert and Roland. Devoted grandfather of Bryan, Diane, Kevin, Patrick, Emily, Stephanie, and Nicole. Fondly remembered by many Friends, relatives and loved ones.
Frederick BIRCHALL, 77 of Sudbury, born on November 6th, 1924, was the son of the late Thomas and Emily BIRCHALL of Saint Thomas. He is a veteran of World War II serving as a bombardier in a Lancaster in the 427 Lion Squadron. Fred was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, branch 76 for 56 years. He was a retired engineer and worked at INCO for 28 years at Frood, Garson and South mines. Fred has always been active in golf, fishing and walking. He enjoyed playing bridge with Friends and relatives and was a member of the Sudbury Bridge Club. He spent many wonderful summers with family and Friends at the family cottage on Lake Manitou, south of Little Current, Manitoulin Island, and many enjoyable winters in Panama City Beach, Florida.
Resting at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch St. The funeral service will be held at the RJ Barnard Chapel, Wednesday May 22, 2002 at 11: 30 a.m. Cremation to follow at the Parklawn Crematorium. A memorial service was held on Tuesday under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 76, Sudbury.
