MacKENZIE, Paul Robert -- Retired from Xerox 1994. Peacefully, on Wednesday morning, December 18, 2002 at the Credit Valley Hospital with his family by his side. Paul MacKENZIE, in his 68th year, beloved husband of Elaine. Dear father of daughter Paula KEMBER and her husband Robert, and son Greg MacKENZIE. Loving grandfather of Thomas and Warren. Survived by his brother Eric MacKENZIE, sister Doreen ROBINSON and her husband Doug, and predeceased by Helen BARKER, Doug MacKENZIE, Jean WEMPLE, Ron MacKENZIE, Ralph MacKENZIE, Muriel DAVISON and Marjorie PICHE. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter ''Peel'' Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (Hwy. 10, north of Queen Elizabeth Way) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, December 21 at 3 p.m. Cremation. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to a charity of your choice.

Betty will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her husband Mike, her daughter Renee, granddaughter Carie and great-grandchildren Logan and Connor; her sisters Millie (Nick GRITTANI,) Joanne BOULEY and brothers John and Larry PICHETTE and also by nieces and nephews and many Friends. Friends may call at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home and Chapel, 467 Sherbourne Street, (south of Wellesley St.), on Sunday, November 17 from 7-9 p.m. and Monday, November 18 from 2-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, November 19 in the Coach House Chapel of the Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Cremation. BANKS, John Arthur -- In Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, on December 4, 2002, at the age of 49. Born in Toronto, on December 6, 1952, he was the only son of the late John David and Janet BANKS. John, a millwright most of his life, was a creative, loving person with a quick wit and his wooden teddy bear carvings brought joy to people's lives. He is survived by his wife Barbe McLEAN of Dartmouth, sisters Betty (Ron) PICKFORD of Toronto and Janet (Joe) SMITH of Bermuda, his nephew Chris PICKFORD, Toronto and his good Friends Linda and Leo BARKHOUSE, Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia. John will be sadly missed by his beloved cat, Max. Cremation has taken place under the direction of A.L. Mattatall Funeral home in Dartmouth.
