BELLAMY, Marie
With great sadness, our family announces the passing of Marie BELLAMY on Wednesday, June 12, 2002 in the North York General Hospital at the age of 96 years. Beloved wife of the late Everett BELLAMY. Daughter of the late James CALDWELL and Mary Jane McVEIGH of Belfast, Northern Ireland. Predeceased by her daughter Lois PATERSON and granddaughter Cary PATERSON. Lovingly remembered by her daughter Grace of Vancouver, her son Leonard (Bertha) of Morrisburg, grand_sons Rodney PATERSON (Leslie,) Aaron WIGLEY of Toronto, Gary BELLAMY of Ottawa, granddaughters Cindy STEWARD/STEWART/STUART and Tracy BELLAMY of Toronto, and great-grandchildren Braden, Laurel, Sarah, Yvonne, David, Jacklyn and Kassandra. Also survived by her sister Margaret WOOD of Melbourne, Australia. Friends may visit at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Friday, June 14 from 2-4 or 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel Saturday at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Orono Cemetery. In memoriam donations may be made to Carefree Lodge, 306 Finch Ave. East, Toronto, Ontario M2N 4S5.

Violet COOPER of Espanola passed away at her residence on Sunday, June 30, 2002 in her 73rd year.
Beloved wife of the late Clarence COOPER (1982.) Dear daughter of John and Flora {PATTERSON} HEMBRUFF. Loving mother of Nancy (Mrs. Edmond TREMBLAY,) Joan (Mrs. Lional McCAULEY) both of Espanola, Mrs. Linda HAMEL of Wawa, Betty (Mrs. Richard GUAY) of Verner, Flora (Mrs. Wilfrid TREMBLAY) of Lively, Mrs. Rose-Marie BENSLER of Kitchener, Michael (wife Jane) of Little Current and the late Mark Cooper, Bruce Cooper and three infant children.Will be sadly missed by 22 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Very dear sister of the late Ella MARTELL, Verona McCULLIGH, Mary BURNETT, Elsie MARTELL, Marjorie McCULLIGH, Rita MUSGRAVE, Roy HEMBRUFF, John HEMBRUFF, Richard HEMBRUFF and Ivan HEMBRUFF. Funeral mass was held July 3rd from the Good Sheppard Roman Catholic Church in Espanola with the Reverend Mr. Don SUNSTRUM officiating. Interment in Espanola Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Bourcier Funeral Home, Espanola.

Forrest BAILEY
Forrest BAILEY passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 16, 2002 at the Civic Hospital in Peterborough, Ontario in his 70th year. He is predeceased by his parents Jim and Verna BAILEY. Proud father of Stephen. Survived by Allen (Linda), Marlene (Calvin BEST), Murray (Lorraine) and Gail (Myles PATTERSON).
According to his wishes, his cremains were interred in Mills Cemetery with his parents, in a private family gathering.

Annie PATTISON (HARPER) BRYANT
In loving memory of Annie PATTISON (HARPER) BRYANT who passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, October 17, 2002 at the age of 88 years.
Beloved wife of Neil BRYANT (predeceased April 15, 1996.)
Annie was born May 18/14 in New Waterford, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, daughter of the late Lily and James HARPER. Predeceased by brother William. Dear mother of Gladys MOORE (husband Albert predeceased 1997) of Manitowaning, Mervyn and wife Joan BRYANT of Wainfleet, Lily and husband Dave BUGG of Lively. She was the loving grandmother of Darlene, Christine, Jennifer, Jeffery, Jaclyn and Melissa. Dear great grandmother of Cassandra, Jordon, Megan and Brandon. Predeceased by two grandchildren Chris and Heather. Dear aunt of Corrine, Mae, Georgina, Nickie, Cathy, Jim, Brad, Brian, Billy, Jackie and Billie.
Annie met her husband Neil in Nova Scotia during the war. She left family and Friends for a new life working by her husband's side on their farm in Manitowaning. After Neil passed away, she filled her time with family and Friends. Annie loved being part of the four generations that traveled everywhere together. Her Friends were one of her greatest treasures in the last few years, she enjoyed going to the Friendship Club in Manitowaning and playing euchre or just spending Saturday going to yard sales with her friend Olive. Annie leaves a legacy of strength and strong family ties. She will be missed very much.
Visitation was held in Knox United Church Hall. The funeral service was held on Saturday, October 19, 2002 at Knox United Church in Manitowaning.
Followed by cremation with burial of ashes in Elm View Cemetery.
Arrangements in care of Island Funeral Home.
