DICKSON/DIXON, Frances Grace (Fran) -- Peacefully at her residence on Monday, November 18th, 2002 in her 75th year. Beloved wife of Richard NEWMAN of Colborne. Loving mother of Ron NEWMAN (Bonnie LAMOURIE) and Gordon NEWMAN both of Toronto, Christine DINGSDALE (Christopher) and Lynn MASSON (John) both of Colborne. Dear grandmother of Ryan, Brendan, Jordan, Michael, Kathleen, Sue, Theresa, Zak, Emily, Melanie, and Heather and great-grandmother of David and Raya. Sister of Dorothy MUNDAY of Oakville and Lorne DICKSON/DIXON of Newmarket. Friends may call at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 11 King St. W., Colborne on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st at 1 p.m. at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home. Dorothy " Irene" (née JOHNSON,) of Trenton in her 75th year passed away peacefully on November 22, 2002. Loving wife of Theodore "Ted" for 54 years. Dear mother of Beverly (Ray) BLANK of Winnipeg Manitoba, Valerie GAULIN of London, Noreen Johnstone (Oscar WARREN) of Trenton, Roberta (Stuart) ROZEMA - Seaton of Brighton, James (Annie) MUNDT of Gibbons Alberta, Dale MUNDT of Kingston and Donna (Jeff) SANDFORD of Cobourg. Predeceased by daughter Karen ANTOINE (Halupka) of Lethbridge Alberta. Lovingly remembered by 16 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren. Memorial service at Carrying Place United Church on Saturday, November 30, 2002. Interment at a later date. In memory of Irene donations to the Trenton Hospital or Carrying Place United Church Memorial Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Beloved mother of Marsha SUMAIRSINGH, Suzette KHAN (Trinidad,) Kazim, Terrison and Gerard. Greatly missed by her 3 grandchildren Nigel, Farah and Yasar. Mother-in-law of Feeraz KAHN. Sister-in-law of Henry SABZALI. Daughter of the late Ulric and Rose MUNGAL. Dear brother of David RIPLEY and his wife Doris of Edmonton, Alberta. Brother of Philip RIPLEY and his wife Pat of Honey Harbour, Ontario, Peter RIPLEY and bis wife Rachel of Mississauga, Ontario, Sharon MASULKA and her husband David of Highland Grove, Ontario. WRIGHT, Lorne Henry -- Lorne Henry WRIGHT age 54 and Charlotte HANNON age 16 lost their lives tragically in an accident on November 17th, 2002. Lorne will be dearly missed by his family and close Friends. He treasured his daughters Veronica and Virginia who will miss their Daddy. He was loved by and will be missed by his wife Barbara and his dear friend Kathryn HANNON. Loving son to Jack WRIGHT, step mother Williamina and predeceased mother, Jean WRIGHT. Cherished brother of Jean MUNROE (Randy) and Jack WRIGHT (Sharon) who will sadly miss him. Loved by his nieces and nephews Melanie MUNROE, Rory MUNROE, Megan WRIGHT, Danielle PANAGAKOS, Debbie METCALFE and Ian WRIGHT. Also missed by dear Friends Craig and Jeanne EVELEIGH, John and Linda KERR and Justin HANNON. In loving memory of Norah (PROCTOR) LANKIN, July 9, 1910-July 3, 2002.
Norah (PROCTOR) LANKIN, a resident of Manitoulin Lodge, Gore Bay, died at the Lodge on Wednesday, July 3, 2002, at the age of 91. She was born in Toronto, daughter of the late James and Catherine STEELE.
Norah was employed as a salesperson at Simpson's store for 23 years before moving to Gore Bay in 1985. She was a member of the All Saint's Anglican Church, Gore Bay. Norah was a volunteer at Manitoulin Lodge for many years and helped at many church functions as well. She also enjoyed knitting, playing euchre and did make many crafts for Teas and Bazaars and sewing clothes for her family.
Dear and loving wife of the late Mervin LANKIN (predeceased 1981) and the late Ev PROCTOR (predeceased 1995.) Dear mother of Lois BADENHORST and husband Vic of Ice Lake and Judith Hicken and husband Alan of Millgrove. Proud grandmother of Lisa, Wade, Catherine and Anna. Dear sister of Edna WILSON of Barrie and Aileen MUNSHAW of Toronto and predeceased by three sisters Kathleen, Mary, Marjorie and two brothers Samuel and James STEELE.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends called at the Culgin Funeral Home on Thursday, July 4, 2002. The funeral service was conducted from the Wm. G. Turner Chapel of the Culgin Funeral Home on Friday, July 5, 2002 at 2: 00 p.m. with Mr. Erwin THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON officiating. Interment of cremated remains to follow at a later date.
