HOUGH, John Alexander -- Veteran World War 2 with the British Army. Passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2002 at the Sunnybrook Health Science Centre. John, loving husband of Janet. Dear father of Patricia EVANS and Sheila ROBINSON and her husband Ted. Dear brother of Eileen WILSON. Also sadly missed by grandchildren Nicole, Michael, Daniel and Amanda. Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave.), Weston from 1 p.m. Tuesday until time of service in the chapel at 2 p.m., followed by cremation.

Phyllis CANNON (née HISCOCK,) an elementary school teacher of 35 years, who enriched the lives of many Richmond Hill children. Loving wife of Thomas William CANNON for 41 years. Daughter of the late Wallace and Lucy HISCOCK. Devoted mother of three daughters Marsha and David HOULAHAN of Smiths Falls, Cheryl and John MEEUWISSE of Keswick and Joanne and Allan DEPAULSEN of Mount Albert. World's best Nana to Kerry and Emma, Bailey, A.J. and William. Fondly remembered by many who count her as a close friend and respected colleague.
