JANECKI, Edward -- Peacefully on Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at St. Joseph's Health Centre. Beloved husband of Patricia. Loving father of Teresa HEBOR and Carol Ann CHYZ, and father-in-law of Gary HEBOR. Devoted Papa of Bryan, Brandon and Alexander. Dear brother of Lottie DEMEDA and her husband Nick. Edward will be sadly missed by his niece, nephews, family and Friends. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. West, at Windermere, east of the Jane subway, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday, November 22. DEMERS, Kathleen Etta (née GOVIER) -- On Sunday, November 10, 2002, at the Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Rene DEMERS. Dearly loved mother of Marilyn DUNN and Jean McCOMB. Loving grandmother to Kim DAMIANI, Cheryl McCOMB, Leanne DUNN, Stephen DUNN and Lance McCOMB. Great-grandmother of Ashley, Joey, Krista, Sarah DAMIANI and Jeridon DUNN. Friends will be received at the G.H. Hogle Funeral Homes Ltd., 63 Mimico Ave., Etobicoke on Wednesday from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service Thursday, 11 a.m. in St. George's-on-the-Hill Anglican Church, 4600 Dundas St. West, Islington followed by entombment in Glendale Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Rexdale. Passed away at the General and Marine Hospital, in Collingwood on Tuesday, May 14, 2002. Phyllis LINNELL, beloved wife of the late Charles LINNELL. Dear mother of Doreen and her husband Richard MARTIN, of Barrie and Eleanor and her husband Robert REID, of Collingwood. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Jeffrey and his wife Marybelle REID, of Collingwood, Matthew REID, of Newmarket, Allyson MARTIN, of Barrie, Christie MARTIN, of Barrie and her great grandchildren Emily, Kelsey and Hayley REID. Dear sister of Lucy DEMKIW of Sudbury, Ruth WAINWRIGHT, of London, Rev. Fredrick STYLES, of Markham and the late Gladys, Ethel, Jim and Gerald. Visitation was held at the Chatterson-Long Funeral Home, 404 Hurontarlo Street, Collingwood, then to the New Life Brethren in Christ Church, Hwy. 124 S., Collingwood were a funeral service was held on Thursday, May 16, 2002 at 11 am. Interment Westmount Baptist Cemetery.

Suddenly as the result of an accident in King City; on Wednesday, May 15, 2002. Charlena HODGKINSON of King City and formerly of Owen Sound in her 38th year. Loved mother of Melissa, Joseph and Cody. Beloved daughter of Arnold and Ruby HODGKINSON and granddaughter of Doris OSBORNE all of Owen Sound. Dear sister of Deborah DEMPSEY; James, and Junior and his wife Hayley all of Owen Sound. Special Aunt of Phillip, Taylor; Mackenzie, Loghan and Brooke. She will be sadly missed by her aunts and uncles. Predeceased by a brother Terry, her Uncle Terry, her grandmother Phyllis BURGESS: and her grandfathers Laverne HODGKINSON and Carl OSBORNE Sr. Friends were received at the Tannahill Funeral Home for visiting on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Tuesday afternoon at 1: 30 p~m. THRASHER, Lisa (Liselotte) -- Of London, passed away suddenly at London Health Science Centre, Westminister Campus, on Friday, December 27, 2002. Lisa was born in Oettingen, Bavaria, on February 15, 1923, to Salomon and Kathi (née SAEMANN) HERRMANN. She came to Canada in 1946. She is survived by her dear brother Manfred HERRMANN of Galveston, Texas. Loved mother of four sons, John (Adele) THRASHER of Sarnia, Fred (Marilyn) THRASHER of Markham, Terry (Janet PETERS) THRASHER of London, Geoffrey (Marlene) THRASHER of Toronto. Dear mother-in-law of Sheila DAVIE. Cherished grandmother of Andy, Jennifer, Sarah (Christian) DEMPSEY, Steven, Katie, Michael, Warren, Scott, Lisa and Julia. Great-grandmother to Maggie DEMPSEY. She is also survived by her extended and well loved family in Long Island, New York, Amherstburg and throughout Ontario. Predeceased by her husband Charles ''Mike'' THRASHER (1976,) her companion Mario CASCIANO (1999) and her brother Rudolph HERRMANN. Lisa was an active member of Highland Golf and Country Club, since her retirement from London Life in 1985. The family will receive Friends and relatives at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), London, for visitation on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held in the chapel on Monday, December 30, 2002 at 2 p.m. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
