Hilda Ethel TAILOR/TAYLOR
In loving memory of Hilda Ethel Taylor August 18, 1916 to June 12, 2002.
Hilda TAILOR/TAYLOR, a resident of Mindemoya, died at the Mindemoya Hospital on Wednesday, June 12, 2002 at the age of 85 years. Hilda was born in Mindemoya, the daughter of Ethel Mac (LOVE) and Romaine CONLEY (predeceased). Hilda lived for 39 years in Concord, where she was employed in a flower shop. She returned to Mindemoya in 1972 where she was active in Women's Institute, United Church Women and the Mindemoya Hospital Auxiliary. She enjoyed crafts, knitting and crochet. Predeceased by husbands Robert LICE (1982) and Percy TAILOR/TAYLOR (1992,) stepdaughter Betty POPERY, son Robert LEECE Jr., brothers Lloyd CONLEY and Jim CONLEY and Carman CONLEY. She is survived by stepsons Jim TAILOR/TAYLOR and Greg TAILOR/TAYLOR, brothers Harvey and Russell CONLEY and sisters Effie CARLYLE, Lila MITCHELL, and Pearle SUTHERLAND. Dear grandmother of 4 step grandchildren Wayne and George PALMER, Sharon McHUGH and Frances ROBICHAUD. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Friends called at the Mindemoya United Church on June 14, 2002 from 7-9 p.m., funeral service was conducted at the Mindemoya Church on Saturday June 15, 2002 at 2: 00 pm. Interment to follow in Mindemoya Cemetery. Culgin Funeral Home

Pearle Priscilla Hariet (CONLEY) NELDER
In loving memory of Pearle Priscilla Hariet (CONLEY) NELDER, July 6, 1909 - October 19, 2002 at the Manitoulin Centennial Manor, Little Current on Saturday, October 19, 2002 in her 94th year.
Born in Carnarvon (Central Manitoulin) Township, daughter of the late William and Agnes (SHEPPARD) CONLEY. Pearle was a school teacher, having taught at various Manitoulin Public Schools for more than 27 years. She enjoyed her United Missionary Church, music and the success of her many students. Her greatest joy was her family and Friends.
Beloved wife of the late Burton E. NELDER (predeceased 1983.) Survived by her children Helen McEWAN (companion Mel) of Katrine, Pat NELDER of Toronto, Clifford NELDER (wife Vicki) of Belize, David NELDER (wife Shirley) of Tehkummah and Blaine NELDER of Mindemoya.
Dear Grandmother of Derrick (wife Mandy), Jada, Jeffery (predeceased), Mark (wife Monica), Jason (wife Lisa), Nadia, Sara (predeceased), Dayna (partner Bonnie), Todd (wife Colleen), Virgina, Kathryn, and Christian.
Great Grandmother of Madison, Kathryn, Hana, Cole, Kendra, and Chelsea.
Survived by brother Cliff CONLEY.
Predeceased by her three brothers Roy, Albert and Arthur CONLEY.
Loved by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and Friends called Tuesday, October 22, 2002. Funeral Service 2: 00 p.m. Wednesday, October 23, 2002 both at United Missionary Church, Mindemoya. Rev. R.W. KLOETSTRA officiating. Burial in Mindemoya Cemetery.
Donations to Manitoulin Centennial Manor, United Missionary Church or the Starlight Children's Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Beloved husband of Ena (née SCHOUTEN) of Red Deer Village. Loving son of Mrs. Glenna WILKIN of Wikwemikong and the late Raymond WILKIN. Dear father of Denise (Mrs. Gordon CYR) of Espanola and stepfather to Donna CONNOLLY of Sudbury. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Peter and Jessica. Very dear brother of Patricia (Mrs. Jim HEMBRUFF) of Manitowaning, Betty (Leonard UNRU) of Calgary, Alvin WILKIN (wife Tory) of Toronto and Bill WILKIN of Little Current.
