Margaret Elizabeth " Anne" NEWSON
In loving memory of Margaret Elizabeth "Anne" NEWSON who passed away peacefully at the age of 68 on Sunday, June 30, 2002 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, England while on a mission with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Beloved wife of the late Donald NEWSON and dear daughter of the late Alfred and Margaret CARTER (née BEVAN.) Fondly remembered in our hearts forever by her children, Greg (Susan AELICK) of Lively, Margaret (Geoff HADDOCK) of Bristol, England and William (Sharon HILL) of Toronto, and her grandchildren Kyla and Connor NEWSON of Lively.
Sister of Ted CARTER (Peggy LAWSON) of Guelph, Alice (Pete BAKER) of Gores Landing, Sharon (Ted McCOLLUM) of Cambridge, and the late Don CARTER. Daughter-in-law of Margaret Isabelle NEWSON and the late Roy Newson of Barrie, and sister-in-law of Al and Lou Ann NEWSON of Cardinal.
Funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 9, 2002 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Burnham Street, RR#4, Cobourg. Interment, St. Peter's Cemetery, Cobourg.

POTJEWYD, Boelo (Bob) Johannes -- Passed away peacefully into the hands of God at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Saturday, November 9, 2002 in his 79th year. Bob POTJEWYD was born in The Netherlands. Beloved husband and best friend of Marie Longfield POTJEWYD and predeceased by his first wife after 40 years, Mary Elizabeth VERBIEST. Bob will forever be loved and remembered by his children John POTJEWYD and wife Sally, Mary BAKER and husband Don, Bob POTJEWYD Jr., Cathy WILKE and husband Mike, Peter POTJEWYD and wife Natalie, Elizabeth STOREY and husband Ron, Linda HENDERSON and husband Dr. Bob, Blake LONGFIELD and wife Ruth, Dale LONGFIELD and wife Kitty. BAKER, Angel -- Angel BAKER, son of Jacqueline and Christopher. Passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2002, at Mount Sinai Hospital, upon his arrival into the world. He was the first grand_son to Ademar SANZ and Eloise BAKER. First nephew of Malcom SANZ and Cynthia BAKER. Although he was not with us for a long period of time, he will be loved, treasured and missed by all. We wish we could have seen you grow into the man you were meant to be. Rest in Peace, our precious little Angel. Hasta Manana. Bon Soir, our special little boy. BAKER, Raymond ''Ray'' C. -- Peacefully at the age of 62. Dear husband of Alexandra ''Sandy'' BAKER (née OLVER.) Loving son of Leah and the late Cecil BAKER. Proud father of Rochelle (Mark BUSECK) and Risa (Peter BASTIEN.) Caring grandfather of Chelsey, Payton, Joshua, Sarah and Rachel. Fondly remembered by his sister Lanetta (Bruce MORGAN) and also by his niece and nephew Amy and Phillip. Ray will be sadly missed by Stephen COAKWELL, Catherine (Tim GREEN) and their children William, Jack and Thomas. Raymond was born on February 11, 1940 in Harrison County, Missouri, U.S.A. and moved to Canada in 1979. WHITFIELD (née BOYD) dear father of John L. of British Columbia; and Geraldine BAKIN of Halifax; loving grandfather of Jackie and Kathy WHITFIELD and Michelle ROSSER; great-grandfather to three great-grandchildren predeceased by a son Murray; brother of Frank WHITFIELD, Richmond Hill, and Ruby VUNCK, Michigan; also survived by family in Washington. Jack was a member of the Brant Artillery Club, the Royal Canadian Legion, Paris and the Paris Masonic Lodge.
