Sunday May 20, 2001, at the age of 70 years.
She was born in Assiginack Township, daughter of the late Harvey and Lucy

SAGLE.
Maizie worked as a camp cook for over 30 years. She enjoyed a
good game of cards, hunting and being outdoors. Her greatest joy was her
family and Friends.

MONTGOMERY
Bill MONTGOMERY, a resident of the Manitoulin Lodge, Gore Bay, for
the past year and formerly of Spring Bay and Big Lake, died at the
Mindemoya Hospital on Wednesday, September 26, 2001 at the age of 84
years. He was born in Campbell Township,

Bill had served in the North Pacific
for the Canadian Army in WW2. He and Irene had farmed at Big Lake
for 42 years, as well as working at sawmills. He enjoyed gardening,
reading and reciting poetry, and especially liked to play cards.
