Maizie Elizabeth A. (SAGLE) CASE
In loving memory of Maizie Elizabeth A. (SAGLE) CASE, a resident of Assiginack Township, who died at the Sudbury Regional - St. Joseph's Site on Sunday May 20, 2001, at the age of 70 years.
She was born in Assiginack Township, daughter of the late Harvey and Lucy {COE} SAGLE. Maizie worked as a camp cook for over 30 years. She enjoyed a good game of cards, hunting and being outdoors. Her greatest joy was her family and Friends.
Beloved wife of the late Wilfred S. CASE (predeceased 1999.) Survived by her children Roberta CRESS (Husband Larry), Robert (wife Sharon) both of Tehkummah and daughter in law Lori CASE of Manitowaning.
Predeceased by one son James (1999), Dear grandmother of Brent (wife Pam), Jeff (wife Heather), Trevor (wife Lynn), Luke (Tanya), Matthew (wife Leanne,) Christy (fiance Mike,) Mandy, Becky, Scott and Brock CASE. Predeceased by one grandchild Misty. Great grandmother of Zackory and Damien. Dear sister of Leland (wife Eleanor,) Faye CHATWELL (husband Raymond,) Marilyn SPARHAM (husband Wayne,) all of Tehkummah, Andrew (wife Janet) of Val Caron and sister in law Joan SAGLE of Tehkummah. Predeceased by three brothers Raymond, Ernest and Ronald SAGLE. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and Friends called the Manitowaning Chapel Funeral Home on Tuesday
evening May 22, 2001. The Funeral Service was held at the Chapel on
Wednesday May 23, 2001 at 2: 00 p.m. Elder Weston LEESON officiating.
Interment in Hilly Grove Cemetery.

William James MONTGOMERY
Bill MONTGOMERY, a resident of the Manitoulin Lodge, Gore Bay, for the past year and formerly of Spring Bay and Big Lake, died at the Mindemoya Hospital on Wednesday, September 26, 2001 at the age of 84 years. He was born in Campbell Township, son of the late William and Annie {GILCHRIST} MONTGOMERY. Bill had served in the North Pacific for the Canadian Army in WW2. He and Irene had farmed at Big Lake for 42 years, as well as working at sawmills. He enjoyed gardening, reading and reciting poetry, and especially liked to play cards. Dearly loved husband of Irene {NEVILLS} MONTGOMERY. Loving and loved father of Randy MONTGOMERY and his friend Sandy of Oshawa, Ruth and husband Terry SAGLE of Levack, Paul and his wife Lisa of Nairn Centre, Bill MONTGOMERY, wife Lee predeceased, of Barrie and Mary and husband Mario DEPAOLIS of Lively. Proud grandfather of Patricia and her husband Mike PICARD, Mitchell and Kenley and Marina. Predeceased by grand_son Joshua. Dear brother of John MONTGOMERY of Gore Bay and Olive REID of Windsor. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Neil and Colin and sister Gladys PIERCE. Friends called the Mindemoya United Church after 7: 00 p.m. on Thursday, September 27. The funeral service was held on Friday, September 28, 2001 at 11: 00 a.m. with Reverend Kim GILLILAND officiating. Interment was held in Grimsthorpe Cemetery. Culgin Funeral Home

In loving memory of Travis Philip George WABEGIJIG, September 12, 1997-May 20, 2001.
Travis WABEGIJIG, 3-year-old son of Theresa Lynn SAGON and Mark WABEGIJIG, died on Sunday, May 20, 2001, as the result of a motor vehicle accident.
He was born in Little Current. Dearly loved son of Theresa Lynn and Mark. Loving brother of Destini Rose. Dearly loved grand_son of Christine SAGON, husband Philip predeceased, Audrey WABEGIJIG, predeceased, Charlie GOBIN of Toronto, great grandparents Josephine and Dominic ANTOINE, both predeceased, and May WABEGIJIG, husband Levi predeceased. Loved nephew of Daisy, Charlene, Yvonne and Justine. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The funeral mass was celebrated at the Zhiibaahaasing Community Complex on Thursday, May 31 with Father Robert Foliot as celebrant. Interment in Sheshegwaning Cemetery.
