A marriage notice in the 31 Oct 1849 Christian Guardian
provides the name of Mrs. ELLIOTT's father:
On the 17th inst. Samuel ELLIOTT and Mary Ann,
third daughter of George WALKER, all of Zorra.
They were married by Rev. F. CHAPMAN, a Wesleyan Minister who was
stationed at that time in Woodstock.
