The influential Jackman clan got a nifty two-for-one deal with the recent birth of cousins in rapid succession.
Victoria (Vita) Claire Jackman KUWABARA was born on November 8 to philanthropist Victoria JACKMAN and architect Bruce KUWABARA, while her cousin, Frank Timothy Rostron JACKMAN, made a later appearance on December 4, to the delight of first-time dad and mom, journalist Tim ROSTRON and poet Consuelo JACKMAN. Their grandad is Hal JACKMAN, a former lieutenant-governor of Ontario.
The cousins weighed in at 8 pounds, 3 ounces and 7 pounds, 10 ounces, respectively. They live around the corner from each other in the Annex and hang out all the time. "They just sort of lay around and give each other meaningful looks," Victoria says.
Younger sib Consuelo isn't sure what those looks mean. "Frank recently threw up on Vita's feet," she observes. "Of course, Victoria doesn't know that."
