Brief Overview: We know that not every genealogical search brings ancestors from some home country right to our back yard. Some wander – and these can be tricky to follow. The purpose of this presentation is to outline the routes our roots take. In it, we will tour some mighty projects, visit Quebec City a month before the Plains of Abraham, and take a moment to reflect on a postmortem wedding celebration.Â
