Location: Simcoe Seniors Centre, 89 Pond Street, Simcoe, Ontario
Tickets are only $5.00 and this includes admission to both the Norfolklore Genealogy Fair as well as to the Eva Brook Donly Museum and Archives where you can do some local research with volunteer help.

Yes, we have another new category: Heritage Photo of the Day. This category was inspired by the pictures posted by Cultural Heritage Ireland on their facebook page. The intent behind sharing these photos with you is to provide insight into where and how our ancestors lived. We will continue to seek out other such heritage sites that cover as many geographic areas as possible. If you know of any, or wish to post some of your own heritage photos, (remember, they will be publicly accessible) we would love to hear from you.
Our first photo is of a thatched cottage in Glencolumbkile,Co. Donegal, c.1890.

Niagara Peninsula Branch will be  hosting a tour of the Buffalo Public Library “LIVE“ from Buffalo.
This meeting will be streamed from Buffalo online to Thorold and to OGS members worldwide. The Buffalo Library has an extensive collection of Genealogical Material and online Databases which you can only access on site. Please join us for this exciting event.
Meeting starts sharply at 7 pm as we are doing the tour first.
Niagara Peninsula Branch meetings are held in Thorold Public Library, Chesnut Hall, 14 Ormond St., North, Thorold Ontario.
