Heritage Events for the Weekend of: October 6th, 2012

Thursday, October 4th, 2012

Looking for something to do in the London area this weekend.  Check out Fanshawe Pioneer Village and go back in time to see how our ancestors celebrated Thanksgiving. Watch demonstrations of weaving, blacksmithing, and woodworking.  Explore displays of agricultural equipment and bee keeping and watch busy farmwives put up preserves for the winter.  For the kids there are games, printing in the Print Shop and meeting the farm animals.

A great way to work off all that Turkey!

This will be the final open weekend of the Fanshawe Pioneer Village Season.
