Kathyrn Hogan’s webinar, Mapping your Ancestor’s Footsteps, has now been archived in the Member’s Only section of the OGS Website.

Imagine walking a mile in your ancestors’ footsteps. Maps can help you do that. Discover why maps are important to family historians, explore different types of maps, and learn how to use maps in your family history, including Google Maps and Google Earth.

Kathryn Hogan, P.L.C.G.S is a graduate of the National Institute for Genealogical Studies. She has been helping others find their ancestors since 2007 when she opened her business Looking 4 Ancestors. She has spoken at Conferences and meetings in Canada and the United States covering family history topics that are useful to genealogists the world over. She is currently the OGS Webinar Coordinator.
