PLEASE NOTE: The building is a scent-free environment. Some staff have a severe allergic reaction to scents and fragrances. We urge people to use unscented products and to avoid perfumes, body spray and other fragrances.

The building is only equipped with hydration station, not water fountains. Participants need to bring their own water bottle to refill.

Bus Trip

Kingston Branch is organizing a BUS TRIP to the Genealogy Day, with BUS tickets available at the February and March meetings of Kingston Branch, at $35 each from Kingston, or $25 for the additional pick-up in Brockville. Please purchase your tickets early: the bus trip could be cancelled if there are not enough tickets sold to cover the cost of the bus. See Rosalie Wintle to purchase your ticket at the meeting.

If you are not able to pick up a bus ticket at a meeting but wish to be included, please send a cheque payable to 'Kingston Branch OGS' to the branch mailing address, PO Box 1394, Kingston ON K7L 5C6 with the envelope clearly marked "April Bus Trip, Kingston OGS". Please include your name, address, telephone number and email address; if the trip is cancelled, you will be notified well in advance.

The bus will depart from the parking lot of Toys 'R Us, Midland Drive and Princess Street, at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 21st.

Pick-up in Brockville will be at 8:00 a.m. at the Food Basics.

Please note that your registration for the Genealogy Day and your bus ticket are separate purchases, and each request must be sent to the proper address.
