Advertising in Conference Syllabus

This year, ALL Conference registrants will receive a complete copy of the Syllabus.  Unlike the past few years, when the syllabus (or the speakers’ presentations) was available only for a brief time on the web prior to the Conference and to those who purchased an optional printed version, all those registering for Conference 2012 will receive their own copy on a flash drive [also referred to as a thumb drive, USB key, etc.]  (Those taking a Family registration will receive one flash drive per couple.)

Final advertising copy MUST be received by April 13th or will not be included in the Syllabus.

The syllabus will contain a summary prepared by the speakers for each session, with all their web links mentioned, bibliographic references, and important notes.  Attendees will be referring to this PDF file as they follow up on what they learned in the sessions they attended.  In addition, they will be exploring information provided by the speakers they did not hear.  Thus, they’ll be paging through the book and will encounter advertisements as they read. Depending on the number of ads, there may also be an index to advertisers to make it easier to find your ad.

The syllabus will also be available in printed format as an optional extra, when ordered with registration.

Advertisements within the syllabus are available at the following rates:

Full page  (B&W) $250
Half page (B&W) $150
1/4 page (B&W) $ 75
1/8 page (B&W) $ 40
Inside front cover, back cover (inside and outside) (colour) $350

If you would like to advertise your company or your research service, you are invited to contact our syllabus editor, Stephanie Stone, to learn further details about file criteria and other details.

  1. Hi, Ellen
No, we’re not accepting any more advertising. Besides the time it takes to receive the ad, there is the time it takes to await payment before we can actually place it. We’re now too close to the deadline to be making changes to layout. However, thanks for your inquiry and your interest.
    Stephanie Stone

  2. Hi
I see I’m just a few days shy of your deadline. Is it possible to still get in for a full page ad?
Please let me know and I will send you the copy right away.
